Incrível recepção maravilhosa um café da manhã divino com muitas variedades dês de salgados doces e bebidas! Simplesmente maravilhoso, quarto aconchegante e bem decorado, sem falar no aroma maravilhoso que possuía no quarto lençóis e toalhas amei!

Decepcionante para um hotel de rede.

Os quartos são pequenos no padrão Ibis, até aí, ok! O problema é que, como são em.dois blocos, para acessar o quarto precisamos pegar um elevador, atravessar um corredor, pegar uma escada íngreme e depois outro elevador. O pessoal da recepção é atencioso e o manobreiro Henrique é muito gentil, mas onhotwl deixou furos. No quarto eu relatei que a tampa do vaso estava solta e não havia shampoo no dispenser no chuveiro. Falaram que iam corrigir e nada. Esse Ibis de Petrópolis precisa melhorar bastante!

Budget by name but not by price

From entering the hotel it has a modern clean reception area. We stayed in the second building classed as level 3. The room was compact but modern and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The whole floor wasn’t very sound proof. The walls were paper thin. So you could hear your neighbours talking etc... and people returning from nights out at 2am. The hotel advertises complimentary Wi-fi but it didn’t pick up in our room. If you like big breakfasts then you’ll disappointed here. But they do have a nice selection of cakes and bread. This hotel is great for somewhere to sleep and shower with basic comforts. But the price we paid was definitely not budget. For an ibis I would of expected it to be a little more English language friendly. There was no local information in English and all signs were in Portuguese only.

High humidity in the room

The high humidity in the room wet a briefcase. It seemed like the problem was on the wall where the second single bed was leaning. We only stayed one night, but my wife is allergic and humidity has become an acute problem.

A terrible night

Bad experience, bad smell, litlle room, cleanless, bad bed. I probably would not recomend this Ibis. The oposite I will related for everbody the poor service and poor acomodation. Unless the reception was good, the person in charge was very kindly and tried to help me but was not a person at midnight to help me with the room cleaning.
