all the staff are polite and friendly the rooms are nice and well presented. when i needed help with getting into the room the staff were kind and helpful.

Stayed with friends last month, room was immaculate, everything you need, tea/ coffee well stocked. Polite and friendly staff working on the corridors throughout the day. I will recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Barnsley

Would highly recommend staying here, nothing but pleasant staff, receptionist & house keeping all work there hardest and it shows. Would stay here again, thankyou
