Stayed in numerous hotels throughout out England and Wales and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. It was spotless free hot drinks available in the foyer and water. We always have to pay for our Chiuahua and pay a deposit but here dogs go free!!!! The rooms have the best size tvs we have seen in a hotel room, they have a bottle opener on the wall and funny Yorkshire sayings on the walls. Plenty to choose from at breakfast, though the porridge I never got the chance to try as it just looked like milk and nothing else. The car park is next door to the hotel and if you put your vehicle registration in at reception the car parking is £10 instead of £20. The arena is only over the road along with a large Wetherspoons, there are numerous take aways and a Greg's on the street. Leeds Christmas market is only down the road. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for a mum and her two adult children. We will be back

Very comfortable. Like all the Ibis hotels I've stayed in to date, the room was well designed. Breakfast ingredients tasted fresh and good quality. Permier Inn used to be my default choice, but Ibis has edged ahead. Very handy for the First Direct arena.

We came to leeds for an event at the Arena. The hotel is very well located, within a couple of minutes from the arena and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern and our room was perfect. I couldn't hear any of the noise from outside and had a great night's sleep. I read previous reviews about the room being too warm and brought my little shark fan with me, but didn't need to use it as the room tmperature was fine. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that we had made a mistake and didn't have a reservation for that night. The hotel was really busy because of yhe event at the arena, but Pam at the front desk was so lovely and helpful and managed to accommodate us. It feels increasingly rare to find people who genuinely care at work, but Pam really took time to help us, show us the options, give us the WiFi details, keeping our bags safe while we were trying to resolve it and so on. Thank you so much.to Pam, she made a real difference for us and I really appreciated her help.

No frills stay

Stayed here for one night. Had no issues with air con or heating like mentioned in previous reviews. Room was clean and had everything you need. Bathroom was small but shower was hot and again everything you need. I did not like the fact that there were only two towels in the room, one for each guest. This meant using your bath towel for drying hands after washing them and to stand on out of the shower? No hand towel or bath mat was really annoying. Didn’t pay for breakfast or use any other part of the hotel. Always miffed when checking out that we weren’t asked how our stay was… but they never seem to ask this anymore wherever you go. Customer service is always lacking in budget hotels I have found. Overall a good stay but don’t be so tight on the towels.

Absolutely fantastic weekend. We were in Leeds for a concert on Saturday night so thought we would make a weekend of it. The Ibis Styles was absolutely fab. Checked in on line we asked for a room we have had before as it has a wonderful view. Sure enough we were given the room we requested. Super clean, gorgeous comfy bed, peaceful. Ticked all the right boxes for a perfect stay. Many thanks to the Ibis team 👏👍
