2度目の滞在でしたが、清潔感のあるお部屋と充実した朝食で今回も快適に過ごせました。飛行機の遅延で到着が翌朝になりましたが、メールにきちんと返信があり、安心できました。

Extremely disappointed this time. The staff here is extremely rude and does not have basic people skills. The staff seems to be trained not to treat its customers with basic manners. It’s funny that the receptionist insisted that I say hello to her as a greeting. I stayed here twice. But will never recommend this place neither will I ever stay here. As compared to the price it may be a good choice just only for its location. It’s quite centrally located.

Room ok,bathroom ok. Breakfast not with huge variety but tasty. Location very good near tram station just 3 stops to old city and 2 stops from main train station. A medium hotel but excellent value for money. Would recommend it and will visit again.

We arrived late (at 2 am) due to a late discharge from hospital. it worked so well with check-in. Friendly and welcoming staff, although we had heard wrongly about breakfast. we arrived after the buffet was closed and cleared, but the staff still made sure we got something delicious to eat. can highly recommend the place. also for families with small children and dogs.
