Colaboradores muito simpáticos e sempre prestativos. Ponto negativo foi a cama para o meu filho não está arrumada.

Ambiente agradável e acolhedor, com um serviço eficaz, pena que a zona envolvente onde se encontra localizado, possui um ambiente de prostituição bem visível

As toalhas são pequenas O isolamento de barulho entre os quartos é ruim. A todo momento parecia q o barulho estava dentro do meu quarto, ou que a porta estava sendo aberta. Além de há algumas quadras do Hotel ter um ponto de prostituicao.

Gostamos muito de ficar no hoteis ibis..otimo custo beneficio..estadia sem surpresas. otima localizacao

My friend and I were staying one night on the way back from the tour de France in the alps. Hotel was as expected apart from when we went to our room there was already someone in it! Reception staff then went up and checked, but said there were no more twin rooms and all they could offer was a room with a double bed. It wasn't the end of the world but not exactly what we had booked!

We loved the place (not so far from the old city center). The room was comfortable,clean, new, breakfast was good and espetialy the reception desk and dead Rachel that was open to help with every qwestion.

O hotel é barato, mas fica afastado do centro turístico, em frente à uma auto estrada. Café da manhã simples, sem nenhuma fruta fresca ou frios. Quarto para cadeirante é amplo, mas não tem tomada elétrica no banheiro para ligar um secador ou barbeador.

Estava a no quarto com a minha mulher quando os vezinhos começaram a bater nas paredes porque estávamos a rir e a ver televisão isto eram 20h da noite

Bom custo-benefício. Hotel simples, já que é um Ibis Budget, mas limpo, organizado e com um café da manhã bom. Excelente custo-benefício, principalmente levando em consideração a facilidade de acesso ao centro histórico via tram e a proximidade da estação de trem.

Perfect hotel for travelers who are away from room for the bulk of the day and only utilize the room for sleep and shower. The location is less than a five minute walk to public transit. The are can appear a little seedy but we never felt unsafe.

It's a good cheap hotel to stay in for a few days of city sight seeing. It's only 5 minutes walk from the station or there is a tram stop at the end of the road. The room was clean & basic but about the best you can expect for a 2* hotel. Also near by is the confluence shopping centre which has many restaurants & a supermarket too. The hotel is also connected to the ibis styles next door, and as such shares a restaurant, bar and night concierge with them. The room is small, but given them amount of things to do in lyon then you probably won't spend much time there.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that lets the experience down is the location so close to a major dual carriageway road. It was too noisy to sleep with the window open but too hot to sleep with it closed
