Pullman Riga Old Town 5 stars

Easy and pleasant check in, had a nice room upgrade thanks to the All Accor loyalty program, a nice fruit basket and a small cake were waiting for me in the room. The room is cosy, had a great sleep. The breakfast is decent, though not as good as other Pullmans. Loved the restaurant, very tasty, great chef and the design is awesome. Would definitely stay there when I go back to Riga. Great staff.

Good hotel location, close to everything - old town, bars and restaurants, etc. Not a 5-star place, max. 4-star. Room furniture old and not clean. No view from the room as booked. I will not repeat this place, many other 4-star places are far better option than this hotel.

be attentive when leaving the hotel and immediately check if your minibar has all the products on the list when entering the room. we got an unpleasant surprise when, after six days of staying in this hotel, the bill came that we had used the minibar. of course we hadn't taken anything from there and invoices are being sent continuously! I don't know if the cleaners of this hotel give themselves gifts at the expense of the customers, but I will never go to this hotel again and the initial positive experience of staying there became very unpleasant after this incident. There are many beautiful and good hotels in Riga, where customers are not branded as thieves and do not have to deal with such unpleasant insults.

the hotel is in the historic center of the city. is a pleasant combination of modern style in combination with old ruins, walls from the Middle Ages. breakfast was excellent (until 11:00). the staff was very pleasant. the hotel has its own pool, spa and fitness. there may be a problem with parking in the area.

There's NO way is a 5***** hotel. I'm totally astonished that Latvian tourist board allows that. How can a hotel be awarded 5***** if no taxi you can drop you off by the front entrance. They say this happening because of the tight security due to proximity to the parliament. But imagine arriving with a big suitcase and then lugging it across the other side of the square. Beds are horrible. Cleaning was not done properly. My tea/coffee cups were not clean. Coffee maker was dirty as well.
