Very cool bar with beautiful interior. Very attentive staff who made the experience unique to our tastes. Amazing tequila drinks. We are never disappointed at a Sofitel. We stayed here but you could come in as a non-guest. Music was good too.

This is an amazing hotel! The decor, the amenities, and the customer service are fantastic. We were only able to stay 2 nights but it was the best 2 night stay of the trip. We stayed in the Prestige King Suite with Club access (best decision ever). When we arrived Laura and Sofia made us feel welcomed!!! Sofia took us on a tour of the amenities and Laura took care of us in the lounge. Best Mezcalita in Mexico City! All of the staff in the lounge are welcoming and had great customer service. The pool is a must! Overall, the room was spacious and luxurious. We will definitely be back!!

Quite possibly the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It is an incredible credit to the leadership group. They have created an environment where every staff member we encountered was motivated to go above and beyond. The hotel itself is located in an incredibly convenient spot. The cityzen rooftop bar has wonderful views of the city. The pool/spa is world class

Everything about the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma is first class. The building is beautiful and well located in the heart of Avenue Paseo de la Reforma. The rooms are spacious and very modern. The facilities are opulent, the food and drinks are delicious, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming and attentive. A guest at this Sofitel is completely pampered, with every wish attended to in a kind and hospitable manner. Above all, the Club Millésime Team, supervised by Natalia Oñate, made this such a wonderful visit for us. The entire team ensured that we completely enjoyed ourselves and that no wish was left unfulfilled. Until we visit again, we will miss Natalia, Isaac, and Natalie’s warm welcome, their fantastic smiles and their impeccable service! Thank you all so much for making this such a great trip for us. We will never stay anywhere else in Mexico City!

This is a lovely modern hotel right alongside the American embassy. The staff were wonderful and a credit to the hotel rooms were all very clean and tidy breakfast very good. Nothing was too much for the staff to do. I can see why it’s the number one Hotel in Mexico City and deserves to stay there, the only hiccup was I had altitude sickness the following day should’ve known better after going to Cusco in Peru some 10 years previously . Enjoy 😊
