Reviews online focus a lot on specific reasons as to what is is that people liked and didn’t. My opinion is from a broader - more global - perspective. Shop these rates in the Trivagos of this world. Look for the balance between price and calibre of accommodation. But the START with price - we are all loyal to our wallets - see what you get at this price. The actual accommodation is as though IKEA brought together Charlotte Perriand (Google her) and Frida Khalo. It’s really neat. The neighborhood is the “rose zone” that you often find in most of Latin America’s metropolis. It’s a little bohemian and avante garde - a little of that SoHo progressive vibe. Phenomenal experience. Thanks IBIS!!!

First of all, Booking.com was offering better conditions than Accor for his customers : Upgrade to Suite. Shame on Accor All ! I really felt betrayed. Secondly, nobody avises upon arrival that the restaurant is not working for breakfast. Big surprise when you arrive the next morning and they ask you TWO hours to deliver a "Breakfast box" in your room. Again shame on Accor Ibis Styles ZR. Thirdly, water was leaking in the badroom ... Only the location in ZR and the peaceful atmosphère of the room can be considerered as positive points.

I was really dissapointed with the hotel, the location is quite good, but the reception is not quite useful. The breakfast is horrible, there is literally nothing to eat and the rooms are quite sad (especially the standard one, not even having a safe). The most dissapointiong is the window view, which does not exist (either you see a hotel's wall from the window, either the reception desk), which is not comfortable at all.

Worst Accor hotel for thin walls. You can hear to person in the next room having a normal chat not even shouting. Can hear everything outside including the bar on the corner playing music to the small hours.Staff refused me an upgrade as there was no availability even though Accors policy is to reserve rooms for last minute members etc.Also wasnt given a welcome drink which should be standard and again had to beg for it like nearly everytime staying in an Accor hotel.Not treated any special for being a member and felt the staff where not that bothered. This is kind of a regular occurrence from time to time at Ibis hotels.

I used to stay in this hotel in the past but its look is getting very busy at night and lots of night clubs and bars close but makes it difficult to really relax. If your plan is party all night this is the Place. Not recommended for children at all. Buffet in the morning used to be much better and there are not enough spaces to sit down. Food not good quality.

Excellent staff and service. Lots of personality, superb location on Genova in Zona Rosa off Insugertens Metro very close to Roma Norte. Excellent staff: Mamager Edir, Uriel, Andy, Adrian, Manuel and the security gentleman. They make you feel at home. Quiet, clean, comfortable and colorful.

Not upto Accor quality - this is a cheap B&B

Very poor service, rooms were filthy and reception was extremely unhelpful. I am an Accor Hotel frequent stayer (Platinum) and this was my worse experience. I am just surprised that Accor has accredited this establishment (probably a franchise). The common word I heard was no. (Extra Towels – No; Wake-up – No; Late check-out – No) Will never return. After 2 nights my wife & I moved out to an SPG group Hotel (had an old loyalty card but got treated as VIP)

I have stayed in Accor Hotels all over the world. I have NEVER seen such poor service. Rooms are VERY loud, VERY small. I will not be staying there again. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't seem to care much. I have been to CDMX plenty, and there are many other comparable hotels with better customer service, bigger rooms that are MUCH quieter.

The location is amazing! Close to bars, restaurants and subway. The project of the rooms is not too good.. the bathroom is wierd and after shower there is water inside the room; bu the decoration of the hotel is cool. The breakfast is ok, but I found hair strands 2 times: in the cheese and over fruits. The staff was really friendly and nice with us.

The hotel is located in a central position- which is great. The hotel itself is very basic. The room was clean, however there are no windows that can be opened in the whole hotel, so the bed rooms never get any fresh air. Not very hygienic. Stained carpets in corridors. Pet friendly so a plus point.

Cheaper than the high end hotels and newer and more modern. Seriously great location for bars, restaurants, cafes and the "Insurgentes" metro / subway station. Quite basic but clean and new. Has an official taxi rank right outside the door! Great.

Positives points : sleep quality, friendly atmosphere, good location, Points to work on : desk to high compare to the chair in the room. A shower mat should be included. Security point : leave the electric extension lead used for the coffee offered at the entry from the trash where there are a lot of carton cup...

Everything was good until a day before I left, the Reception called me in the late afternoon and asked me if I had extended my stay. I thought I made a mistake (imagine I travelled 33 hours and there can be a confusion over the dates). She told me that I have to pay some MXN700 more. She asked me to come down to the reception to sort this out. But this could not be possible as I checked the email from accor regarding my booking. With the 2,000 points, I was supposed to pay 101 - according to the email. I forwarded the email to her. She told me she would check and called me back in 1 hour. She never did. At 2.00 am, when I came back from outside, there was another person at the counter. I asked and he said he needed another 1 hour (again) to check this. The next morning, when I checked out, the issue was not resolved. I did my calculation and I shown it to yet another person at the Reception and the Manager looked at the details. Finally, they apologized and I paid MXN110 and they did not even bother to give me the change! The outstanding amount was MXN101.71. Small monies but at least they should do it right. I left and I stayed another 4 days at nearby Valentina Hotel. It was fantastic - everything that can be compared, Valentina is ahead AND for almost the same price - in fact Valentina is slightly cheaper!
