Mercure Singapore on Stevens Privilege Lounge I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and hospitality at Mercure Singapore on Stevens - Privilege Lounge. My gratitude to Duty Manager Mr. Thava and his beautiful team- Charmaine, Vita, Glenn, and Khairul for their exceptional care to detail, kindness and warmth to me and to all their guests under their care. Their support & exceptional assistance with all our meetings have not gone unnoticed and greatly appreciated by my guests and me. Thank you once again for the commitment to service excellence. A wonderful beautiful stay!

i find this hotel is excellent in terms of service and cleanliness. the Housekeeping Dept is most remarkable especially led by Cai Ting. she's very hardworking, responsible and carries out her duties diligently. and she has a pure passion for her work. it's rare you find someone who respects her job and treats the house guests with a kind and sincere heart. i woyld any time vouch for her dedication to her job. As to the intern Jing Yi, she's very lucky to be in Cai Ting's team. i observe that Cai Ting is very willing to share and teach the younger intern, n Jing Yi is very willing to learn. i must congratulate Mercure Hotel for having such fine and outstanding staff . i travel around the eorld and their service and sincerity really impresses me. that's why i plan to stay longer than planned at mercure. should you have any queries, please contact me any time. thanks and they fir sure deserve promotions or increase their bonuses.

A great hotel in an excellent location, close to Orchard Rd and the MRT train station. All services were great but we were especially impressed with the service from the team in the Lounge. Charmaine, Thava and team were lovely, hospitable hosts who were great at sharing local knowledge of places to visit. We were treated like family during our stay which meant a lot. Thank you

Throughout the stay we were treated with immense hospitality. Upon arrival, our bags were unloaded and whisked away into the hotel. Ramesh and the team guided us to the desk for check in, followed by delivering our luggage to both rooms and storing our larger unneeded bags for the duration of the trip. Every need was met, and Ramesh greeted us, as well as assisted when required at every opportunity. When we were leaving Ramesh delivered our bags to the front desk, and then onward to the taxi, ensuring all bags were packed. Ramesh, and subsequently Mercure staff, really made the stay pleasant and is a great addition to the team! Great Work and thank you.

Applause to Duty Manager Nizam to go the extra mile for us during our stay with here. Taken aback on the initiative he provided with a late check out as we were out the whole night. Also he was very warm welcoming and super nice during our stay. Thank you nizam !
