My husband & I stayed at Mercure on Stevens in Singapore which is incorporated with Novotel, excellent stay, fabulous staff treated special. We are Platanim members so the lounge on the 10th floor of Novotel was available to us. Oh!! Special the food, drinks, very nice & our special person who served us was Anand, he just made us feel so comfortable & nothing was too much trouble, outstanding!!

Wonderful hotel near Orchard Road! Got an early check in as I was not feeling well and wanted a nice place to stay for my recuperation after my surgery! Beautiful room and services! Also a very nice infinity pool and a cool chill place with a bouncing castle for children. Breakfast was awesome with a good spread! Service was impeccable as we were served by a very caring, hospitable and beautiful staff Agnes who served us better than a Singapore Airlines stewardess! Indeed a 5 stars rating for both hotel and staff! Surely will be back for my next staycation!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🥰🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🕺💃

Whilst slightly outside the main city centre taxi’s arrived minutes after being ordered by the hotel and was a convenient and cost effective mode of travel. Hotel was excellent with regards to the professionalism of staff, who delivered an exemplary stand of service, and the facilities. The breakfast provided a wide range of international cuisine. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall the staff for Novotel is very friendly. One of the staff named Gopi is very nice and helpful during the check in. He take care all of us very well.
