Weird Shuttle schedule for airport hotel

If you have an early flight, know that the hotel shuttle only runs every 45 minutes which kinda negates the extra cost of staying at an airport hotel. We paid $20 for a taxi to drive us 5 minutes to the international terminal which is unwalkable with luggage. Next time we’ll stay at a cheaper hotel in the city.

Just finished a perfect evening - not because everything was working according to plan - but because - considering the circumstances (typhoon Alfred) and shortage of staff - the experience was the best! Really - the staff here are the best - from Annaliese who checked us in and explained everything and how they were overcoming issues after the huge storm to Nick and his exemplary team in the bar who really made our evening. A limited menu in the bar sounded like it was going to be a let down - just the opposite - great meals were produced from the kitchen and we were made to feel very comfortable - thanks Nick and your team - you are the greatest - thanks so much for coming into work and leaving your own families in such terribly difficult circumstances to look after us - we really appreciate it!

A comfortable stay, though the design is questionable with the glass between bed and bathroom. Room service was wonderful with very tasteful food. It was the perfect stay for our night before early morning flight home. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and organised a taxi for our trip to the airport. This hotel is close to Domestic, but only a short drive to International.

Hôtel de bon standing, un peu à l'écart de l'aéroport. L'accès se fait depuis l'aéroport par bus et en marchant, ou bien avec la navette de l'hôtel moyennant un petit supplément. Style moderne. Chambres propres, bien tenues, accueil professionnel et sympathique.

Pullman d.une médiocrité désolante qui ose se faire passer pour un 5 étoiles….chambre agréable mais bar,restaurant très bas de gamme avec un personnel du même niveau Vraiment pas un bon représentant du groupe Accor
