Due to road closure we did not arrive till after midnight. Reception were waiting to meet us with our room keys. Lovely room and after a cup of tea it was off to bed. Great night sleep, comfy mattress. Great shower then down for breakfast. Great selection of cereals and continental. Hot food was great quality. Staff were so nice, hard working keeping places tidy. Will definitely recommend here and I will be back.

Lovely hotel , friendly staff, lovely clean room, beds were comfortable even the breakfast was good 🙂 I could not fault this hotel parking was easy and plentiful even though we had a big van . Overall a good stay and would definitely stay again

Very disappointing stay during a company group booking for two nights during the grand national. My room was on the first floor and overlooked the duel carriageway. The traffic noise was loud until the early hours and then started again about 6am. It was made worse by glazing that did not seal. The room was cold and the windows open when I arrived at 7pm after a long day at work. It smelled of smoke . There was no bulb in the table lamp and the spare single bed I didn’t use had a dirty mattress protector. I only discovered this as I was so cold I used the bedding from both single beds on one. The heater was very hot but small so it took hours to warm up the room. I went down for the buffet meal (served 6.30-9) after a quick shower , at 7.45. One of the main course options had run out so it was dry chicken with broccoli or a vegetarian option however, the soup starter was delicious both evenings. I went to bed and the next morning was woken at 6.30 by the traffic nose, horns beeping, large hgvs etc and noticed a drip from the ceiling above by the bathroom door/ hallway when I stood in a puddle of water. This must be an ongoing problem as the ceiling is stained and the floorboards warped. The smell from the drain in the shower was awful and needs a good clean out. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice of cereal and the hot food was fine. I was down early. Toaster a bit temperamental but people kept adjusting the temperature. I reported the leaking ceiling, light bulb, drains etc to the front desk and left for work . I returned at 7.15pm and the bulb hadn’t been replaced but when I asked about the leak was told it had been sorted and the drains bleached. Next morning it was leaking again. It had not been fixed. I was told as I checked out that they are buying new lamps so no bulbs available, why did she not just tell me that before AND. Get me a lamp that worked ? The drains are an ongoing problem and someone had ‘looked’ at the shower in the room above me. Overall I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. It’s a lottery what room you get and how quickly you get down for your meal as to availability. Staff were overrun as the hotel seemed full. Dirty glasses stacked on the small bar. Tables full of dirty plates and not cleaned before people sat down at breakfast. Someone walking down the stairs with a glass of Coke was challenged by staff if it was their own or bought at the bar. Own drinks not allowed in public areas fair enough but It was in a glass served from their own small bar. The wooden floors, open plan and high ceiling made the dining area noisy and unwelcoming in the evening.

Se supone que en una cadena de hoteles SERIA no cometen tantos errores seguidos En primer lugar fuimos ex professo al hotel a l'as 12 mediodia para comunicarles que hariamos El check-in a las 23_ 24 horas .Para empezar tardaron 10 minutos para encontrar la reserva Y les tuve que mostrar mi reserva del ordenador?????? Para que sirve su sistema informatico? Luego si que rapidamente cobro el cargo de la reserva Por la noche al hacer el check-in el chico por cierto mucho mas Amable que al mediodia nos volvio a cargar el importe Resumen doble cargo y gestiones y perdida de tiempo para reclamar al banco PESIMO servicio Del desayuno mejor no hablar Solo volveremos a hotels de esta cadena por obligacion Saludos

Esperábamos una familiar (Family Room) y mis hijos (13 y 15) acabaron durmiendo en el suelo. El catre que proporciona el hotel se hunde y te clavas loa hierros. Ante la negativa de ofrecer una solución, pusieron el colchón ¡en el suelo!
