We’re pleased to hear that you found the hotel and your bedroom comfortable, but we’re truly sorry that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We apologize for the issues with the TV signal, the lack of in-room communication, and the difficulty reaching our reception team — these are important elements of a smooth and comfortable stay, and we regret that this caused you inconvenience, especially given your accessibility needs. Your feedback is being shared with our management team so we can address staffing and communication gaps immediately. We’re also very sorry for the disruptions to your sleep and for the disappointing experience in our restaurant. The delays in food service, the cold cottage pie, the limited dessert options, and the staggered breakfast items are not the standard we aim to provide. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are reviewing these issues with our kitchen and service teams to ensure better coordination, consistency, and menu consideration for guests with dietary needs. Regarding the pillows, we appreciate you highlighting this — additional pillows should always be available on request, and we are checking our procedures to ensure guests are supported with comfort preferences in the future.
