Pros: Outstanding staff and service: Always greeted with a smile. Our dedicated Villa Assistant, Alex, reached out even before check-in to help plan our stay. Thoughtful touches: A rice cooker was arranged for our toddler, and a surprise birthday cake was organized for my wife – it was delicious! The gardens are a visual delight — beautifully manicured, bursting with hibiscus, and serene enough to feel like a private botanical escape. Just walking through them makes your day. Secluded, pristine beach: Peaceful, clean, and feels private. Excellent for kids: A well-equipped play area full of toys – our toddler had a great time. Convenient transport options: Buggy service around the resort and bicycles (including ones with child carriers) for exploring. Spacious villas with private pools: Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast buffet: Special thanks to the buffet staff for catering thoughtfully to our vegetarian needs – several good options available. (Vegetarians, manage your expectations – 3-4 quality dishes are already a big plus!) Cons: While the villas offer generous space and are impeccably clean, the interiors fall short. The decor is simple and functional, leaning more toward comfort than elegance. Wooden floors, though warm in tone, creak in places, and the furnishings, while practical, lack the refinement or design flair you'd expect at this price point. The ambience indoors doesn’t quite match the resort’s otherwise elevated aesthetic — it feels more like a well-kept standard room than a premium villa retreat. Basic toiletries: Not from premium brands and not replenished daily. No dairy creamer provided. Unusual water policy: A daily cap of 6-7 complimentary water bottles – quite odd for a luxury resort. Choose this resort if you prioritize top-notch service, stunning outdoor spaces, and family-friendly facilities over interiors and in room facilities

Nice holiday with great experience

We tried to look for a resort in thousand options since my wife is very picky and never wanted to settle for less. Then we came up with our decision to book it here. Beautiful scene with nice weather. A bit hot for us during the day but asides from that, everything was perfect. The person who checked in for us, Uyen, had nice attitude and was patient to answer our questions. A good recommendation for people who just love the beach view and green background!
