Hotel was good, Front office staff is nice and helpful. Bellman is good, helps us with luggage. Room is beautiful and good.

I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Danang. The weather was surprisingly beautiful during my stay, even though it was already November. The food at Maison Restaurant was delicious and of great quality. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. Especially, the customer service team members — Suni, Chau, Lan Anh, Lucia, and Minh Phuong — were extremely helpful and attentive. This is definitely a place I would love to return to on my future trips!

I had a wonderful trip here with my family. However, there were a few issues regarding our room. Fortunately, a very helpful staff member assisted us. Her name is SUNI. She enthusiastically advised me on the room options, pricing, and the services available, which made my trip much smoother. Due to the unexpected nature of my work, I had to leave the hotel before I could thank her in person. Please help convey my gratitude to Ms. SUNI. The weather during this time wasn’t really to my liking — it was colder and more uncomfortable than I expected, so I couldn’t enjoy the atmosphere as much as I had hoped. Even so, my overall experience at Mercure was still pleasant in many ways. The room, although a bit small, was very clean, cozy, and had a nice, refreshing scent that made it feel welcoming. I also enjoyed the food at La Table restaurant; the dishes were flavorful and suited my taste perfectly, which was a big plus during my stay. What stood out the most was the service. The front office staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I want to give special thanks to Suni, Lan Anh, Lucia, Chau, and M. Phuong for their warm, attentive, and professional support. Their kindness really made a difference and helped make my stay more comfortable despite the weather not being ideal. Because of the great service and overall experience, I definitely plan to come back again, most likely around April or May, when the weather is warmer and more suitable for me. I’m looking forward to returning!
