I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional support provided by Mr Tin, the IT staff at Novotel Danang, during my stay. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all of my technical needs were met promptly. Whether it was troubleshooting internet connectivity or assisting with other tech-related issues, always available and went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference, and I greatly appreciate his dedication. Thank you for your outstanding service.

It was the wonderful time to spend in Novotel. And we went to Banahill yesterday. In the process of booking Banahill, Linh helped us to do easier. His service is very gentle and pretty good. I think he will be going to the huge staff soon.I really appreciate of it again! We got the memorable moments in Banahill!

Great place to stay and base out of Da Nang!

Utilized this hotel for a work trip for several nights along with my fiance and mightily impressed. We had a suite on the 26th floor so had to check in on the 29th in the Premier Lounge which was fantastic with plenty of amenities including free beverages (including beer/alcohol) as well as some afternoon tea small snacks and canapes later in the evening. The staff in the Premier Lounge was extremely helpful. Amy the supervisor in the lounge was phenomenal and was able to help with a late check out even though I'm sure they had a booked up weekend. If she's there you know youre all set for your needs. The room itself was fantastic with two separate rooms, with one being a living room/office setup and the other the bedroom. The room was also a corner room so we had a panoramic view of the city via our floor to ceiling windows as well as another balcony in the "living room/office" section. The room was also very clean and the housekeeping staff was very attentive. We did order some room service which was great but the breakfast buffet offered is very extensive and appetizing. Plenty of western options as well as Vietnamese to choose from. Last bit Ill mention is the proximity to everything is just a few minutes walk away along the Han River so definitely a nice location to be based in Da Nang for a few days. Overall I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice, clean and pleasant stay here in Da Nang.

I planned a business meeting for my key account customers here and I am absolutely pleased to have chosen Novotel Danang as my choice of stay as well as meeting location. The highly professional team have surpassed my expectations in all areas, in spite of the challenging situation due to adverse weather conditions, adapted to the needs of my team and myself to accommodate all the changes due to delayed flights. Kudos to the Banquet Team of Ms Hoa and Mr Tin for providing the wonderful dinners and meals, Ms Bui and Ms Tram of the Sales Team, also many thanks for accommodating the changes of my guest...your flexibility with the arrangements are greatly appreciated! My hats off as well to the General Manager, Mr Marc Emmanuel....You have assembled a great team at the Novotel Danang Premier! I hope to see you again soon for my next business meeting event!

Excellent environment and the staff is fantastic. Customer friendly and very helpfull in all departments involved with us. Front office/Reception/ Restaurant etc. Very special comment on the banquet staff for their support during out event. Leadership quality of Banquet Manage HOA was excellent. She has been most of the times visited us and ensure our comforts and entertainments with refreshments required.
