This hotel is great if you are doing a short stop over in Saigon. Our room, a Studio room with King bed was clean and modern. It was extremely odd that even though our room had a kitchen, that there was no pots, pans, plates, bowls or cutlery provided, the cupboards were empty, there was no dishwashing items included even though we had a kitchen sink in our room. Service provided by Housekeeping was exceptional which is why I gave it 4 stars, otherwise overall it would be just been 3. We found staff here are not really attentive or engaging with guests, came across a number of them more focused on their mobile phones. Rooftop bar had some great views of the airport, it had an odd choice of wicker tables which was an unstable platform for our cocktails, the area and aesthetics was pleasing except the drinks and food here were average and once again service here had let it down a little. We had complimentary breakfast each morning with a good range of provisions. Food and drink in the hotel is quite expensive, you are best going next door to 7/11 to buy drinks, snacks etc or venturing out to nearby local restaurants or bars. Area around the hotel is very interesting and loved walking around the streets exploring. If you are after a hotel that is close to the airport and only need to stay a day or 2 in Saigon, then this hotel is a reasonable option.

Decided to try this hotel as I dont want to waste 5-6 hours at the airport waiting for my flight back home the same day. So i stay 1 day in HCM to relax and fly back the next day. I think many tourist do the same for their connecting flights too. The hotel provides free 2 way transportation from/to the airport even though its very near. I choose the standard room as it is only for 1 night. The room is nicely designed, clean and big enough for me. The toilet is small but clean. Using refillable shampoo & body wash bottle. Problem is its 3 in 1 type; Hair, Face and body. The rubbish bin in the toilet is simple too small & light for big foot ppl. When you try to step on it, it will just go backward or difficult to step on the mini pedal. The bed is comfortable but the pillows kind of soft. There are 2 USB ports on the right side of the bed and 1 UK/US power point on the left side. Wifi is acceptable. Aircon is cold enough but take awhile to cool down. Will be good to provide 2 cards for solo traveller. Imagine you need to go down to buy coffee from Starbucks or collect your Grab food, how many times the air con needs to stop and start. Breakfast is delicious but can be better. Overall, highly recommended if you want to stay super close to airport with free transportation, else there are plenty of hotels in the city.

Perfect for an overnight stay, arriving late from a long overseas flight. A free shuttle bus service is available and the hotel was less than a 5min drive from the airport. The room was comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed and air conditioning was sufficient. There was a lovely large sized roof top pool as well, which we wish we could have enjoyed more. The breakfast was nice with a mix of western and Asian dishes. The hotel is conveniently right next door to the airport mall with a nifty food court up on the top level, and a 7-11 and Family Mart convenience stores close by. A very convenient location and comfortable. Would recommend.

Perfect layover hotel - quiet clean rooms, fab breakfast (full buffet if you have the time or there’s a Starbucks on site if you want to just grab & go for an early flight) & a lovely rooftop pool if you have the time or inclination. There’s a free shuttle to & from the airport which works very well too - it’s close but you wouldn’t walk it with luggage etc.

Два дня переписывался с отнлем с целью забронировать номер на семью с двумя детьми. Номер мне предложили, даже его абгрейдили до более высокого. По приезду оказалось, что 4 человека должны спать на одной кровати. Данный вопрос решили установкой одной допкровати за дополнительную плату. Параллельно заезжали друзья с ребенком. Им на троих предоставили номер с двухспальной кроватью и детской двухэтажной. Минимум странно. Далее посетили бассейн/бар/ресторан на крыше. Купаться не стали сразу. Еда уровня ниже среднего, присутствуют местные женщины с низкой социальной ответственностью для поиска на ночь. В номере, несмотря на то, что заранее было оговорено, что будет четыре человека, было всего два комплекта полотенец. Еще двух заказывали два раза. Так и не получили. Далее заранее бронировали на утро трансфер в аэропорт. Автобус был набит настолько, что дети сидели на коленях. На стелле возле отеля цена ровно такая эе, как и в приложении со всеми статусами. Больше в данный отель ни ногой при всех его территориальных преимуществах при коротком транзите в Хашимине.
