5-Star Review for Pullman Saigon Centre My stay at Pullman Saigon Centre was absolutely fantastic! The lounge was the real standout for me – such a great space to relax and enjoy some quiet time. What really made it special, though, was the amazing lounge staff. They were so friendly, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what I needed before I even asked. Every little detail was taken care of, making the whole experience feel effortless. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, but the lounge team really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City!

I just had a return stay of two nights in a Signature suite (#2610). For me it remains a totally dependable, well located hotel in HCM’s centre. I love the personalised service in the Executive Lounge on the 30th floor - everything from check in/out to a very personalised breakfast experience where the wonderful team even remember what coffee I have in the morning. You also have choices in the executive lounge for items that you normally would not see on a hotel breakfast menu, like the Shirred eggs with morels and foie gras that I had on my last morning. The Signature suite is wonderful & spacious, The fantastic King size bed is so comfortable that I fell asleep within 5 minutes of lying down. I also made good use of the brilliant huge bath tub. It is more like the perfect city residence rather than a hotel room. Thank you Pullman Saigon Centre for another satisfying stay. I am always well taken care of.

Always receive a very warm welcome at Pullman Saigon. Upgraded to Pullman Signature room. Sensational. Staff upon arrival and throughout very good. Rooftop bar very good. Lunch restaurant / bar on ground floor serves great local and other dishes.

You can't fault this hotel irrespective of your likeness. I have been to HCMC and this is the first time I stay in Pullman. Locationwise it is not the best, but it has its own advantages. Because it is not in the City Centre, if you travel to here from the airport, you can always avoid the bad traffic. A twenty minutes short walk to either directions can take you to very different scenes of Saigon. Across the street there are many eateries which are less touristic than those in the City Centre. I read about the room size in other commentaries. I think it is of a very generous size even for a couple with ample space to keep the personal belongings. The room is well kept and is spotless clean. I arrived at 11:15 pm and it took less than ten minutes to complete the registration. When I entered the room it was perfumed and refreshing. Such a relief after a hectic half day flight. The breakfast is excellent. The serving staff are very helpful and efficient. My coffee cup has never been empty as the serving staff kept refilling them, and at times they asked if you want to taste the newly pressed juice. The food are fresh and adequate. Special requests were also efficiently entertained. I have asked for iron and hot milk for making English tea. They were both delivered within ten minutes. The staff are very courteous and with a smile. All in all, a very enjoyable stay here.

I recently stayed here with my partner, and while the trip was going well, I started feeling unwell and needed to get a Covid test. Phu, one of the concierge team, went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. Not only did he organise for me to get tested at a nearby facility, but when there was an IT issue delaying my results, he personally arranged for the results to be collected by Grab motorbike so I wouldn’t have to wait longer than necessary. His kindness, efficiency, and genuine care made a difficult day much easier to manage. Phu’s service was truly exceptional, and he turned what could have been a challenging situation into something manageable. If you’re staying at the Pullman, you’ll be in great hands with staff like him.
