My mother and I enjoyed staying at this Novotel hotel very much. We stayed for 5 nights first then came back and stayed another 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Hung was particularly helpful with all my requests and questions. Highly recommend this hotel for your family or business stays.

The buffet at Food Exchange is a hidden gem in Saigon! The seafood selection was incredibly fresh—especially the prawns and oysters. I also loved the variety of international dishes, with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. What really stood out was the balance between local Vietnamese specialties and global cuisine. The desserts were also exceptional, the staffs Tram, Tuong and Hao are so helpful and friendly. I will be back soon!

Had a fantastic time at the seafood buffet at Novotel Saigon Centre! The seafood was super fresh and delicious — especially the oysters, prawns, and grilled dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and everything was beautifully presented. A special thanks to Cát Tường and Vĩ Hào for their friendly and attentive service — they made the evening even more enjoyable. Great value for money and definitely one of the best seafood buffets in Saigon. Highly recommend it! 🌟🦞
