Great hotel, good location, good food selections, reasonable price. We love this hotel. We stayed there the first time in November 2024 and we will stay here again. It is located in District 3 but, near the border of District 1 and just as close to major attractions. From this area, most major tourist sites are easily accessible by Taxi (we recommend Vinataxi). The hotel does have taxis but, they are much more expensive and even the hotel staff recommends using the Grab app, Vietnams version of Uber. We immediately were given cold drinks open arrival to drink while we checked in. Hotel staff assisted with our luggage to our room. We stayed in the VIP level and had access to the lounge with fruit and drinks available 24 hours. The room was great and luxurious. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints with their service. We quickly settled in and then went to the restaurant which has a great view. The food was great and prices very reasonable. We had breakfast every morning and we loved the selection of American, European and Vietnamese foods available and drinks, especially the coffee bar. The most popular coffee selections are available both caffeinated and decaf, which we prefer. There are a number of other restaurants very close to the hotel and we were surprised how close we were to much of the more popular tourist sites that are with walking distance.

I am staying at this hotel for the first time with a 3 night booking (room #1718). I have stayed at nearly all of the Accor properties in HCM and find them very consistent and a safe bet. I choose different ones for different occasions. This time staying alone while waiting for friends, I chose an executive suite and Novotel has delivered. From check in I have been treated very well and all the staff, not just the Executive Lounge team (who are great) have been super attentive and kind. I have made use of the spa for a pedicure, the executive lounge for evening drinks, the lobby bar for cocktails, the level 2 restaurant for a lunch & breakfast every morning has been a very generous selection - I have especially enjoyed the local offerings. All aspects of my interaction with the hotel have been very satisfying. The location too is spot on. It has been easy catching a grab to everywhere I have needed to go. This may have been my first stay but i think that it will not be my last.

Hotel is well-kept, modern, conveniently located, with a good breakfast spread with both Asian and western options. Staff were incredibly helpful and patient with managing my group with different arrival and departure times and arranging transport. Jason at the concierge even helped to coordinate with the drivers for the transport we booked for travel within the city, as we spoke almost no Vietnamese. Great hotel for business and for leisure travel too.

Smooth check-in/out, comfortable room with all essentials, and perfect location. Unfortunately, no time to enjoy hotel facilities. Location was great. Walkable to main market and other attractions. Would return if we are in HCM again. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars

Nice hotel and Good location and had a smooth check in and out from Nhi and Ba at the reception. Rooms are slightly smaller for an executive suite. Good for businesss or short trip alone and may be not so suitable for family Hope to visit soon…..
