This is a lovely hotel. The staff are outstanding and the breakfast buffet in the Saigon Kitchen Restaurant is delightful. Minh Dat and Thien Binh, Cuong were helpful, professional and charming, offering not only fantastic coffee, but tips about other regions in Vietnam. Thien Binh’s English language skllls were exceptional and impressive. Thank you for the incredible experience. Oh! And the pastry chef’s marzipan sculptures were beautiful.

My family and I (6 adults) had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in January 2026. We could not fault this hotel, the food, rooms and service were all perfect! The hotel Des Arts is stunning! We had a great time there , the staff super friendly and mostly Nhut at the lobby he was so nice and gave us a lot of information where to go and where to find souvenirs for our grandchildren. We enjoyed his expertise and his assistance.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Uyen in the Sky Club Lounge provided excellent service. However, cleanliness and housekeeping were hit and miss, and pool staff were not attentive (for example, leaving old towels on sunbeds; not acknowledging that they were setting up for a party in the evening, which made the atmosphere around the pool less serene; not providing sunbeds). I also found internal communications at the hotel a bit haphazard (for example, my luggage was not in the lobby when it was time for me to leave for the airport, even though I gave the hotel 30 minutes notice). Finally, the lifts are very slow and I had been warned that some levels and sides of the hotel were very noisy at night. Thankfully, I was able to secure a room on a quieter side of the hotel. However, the hotel provides earplugs.
