We understand how frustrating this must have been after your journey. Our complimentary shuttle service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and it appears that during your requested time, all available spots may have been taken. Additionally, we regret any miscommunication at the airport that led to your long walk to the hotel. While our location is within a 5–10 minute walk from the terminal, our team strives to assist all guests as efficiently as possible.
