This is my second stay at this hotel. This time I stayed in a one bedroom suite with separate living room and large dining area and kitchen. The bathroom has both a separate bathtub as well as shower and a second toilet. The room is super comfortable for one and would be just as comfortable for a couple or small family. The welcome back note and local fruit plate was a very nice touch too. The bed and pillows were perfect and i had an uninterrupted nights sleep. The service is also spot on, right from the free airport pick up shuttle service organised before my arrival via email to a seamless check in by professional yet very friendly front desk staff. When I asked for a little later checkout in the morning, the gentleman was super polite and checked the availability of my room and within two minutes, confirmed that i could check out 90 min later which was perfect for me. The breakfast choices are enormous both Western and Asian choices abound. There is a rooftop swimming pool too but i did not go for a swim as I only stayed overnight. This is definitely my favourite hotel next to Saigon airport. I highly recommend it.

Firstly I want to start by saying we stayed on arrival into Vietnam overnight before flying out the next morning to Danang, had a great stay and had stayed twice before pre covid hence the choice.......but upon return things took a disgusting turn! We had booked 3 day stay rooms as we were a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 children aging from 6-12 upon checkin we booked the shuttle back to the airport for 8pm. Unfortunately within the hour we were advised our flight had been delayed and we changed the booking until 9pm (this change was at approx 4pm) we were always told to be in Reception 15 minutes prior to departure as we were. As the bus pulled up we went to take our out to the shuttle and were told not to as they were waiting for 2 guests. These 2 guest wandered down eventually and we were able to take our bags out oh and when the driver finished his smoke also. My daughter had to take 2 of her bags and proceeded to sit in the front seat leaving 2 seats free next to me, she was promptly told to "GET OUT" and sit in the back with a child on her knee....however impossible with 2 bags also! No apology no please no nothing all to allow the 2 Vietnamese guests in the front. We get to the airport drop off not once asked what airline we were using (unlike previous trip) the driver got out opened the door opened the back got their bags out leaving us all on the bus wondering if we were where we were meant to be he then proceeded to signal aggressively at us to get out then stood back from the door arms crossed defiantly not assisting with the removal of our luggage again as was done on the previous trip. This driver was being absolutely belligerent to the point of racist and in my opinion should NOT be working in hospitality at all and should be released from his job! Management have all my details and still i have not had any contact in regards to this situation

Regarding the shuttle bus schedule, as our shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, our team were waiting for another 3 guests who booked the same time, however the bus left on time which is exactly 8pm as the normal schedule we operate. Please accept my apology for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the driver attitude, we have worked with our transportation partner on this. He was misbehaved, and I ensure we are taking the appropriate measurements in accordance with the management team and the transportation stakeholder so that this issue could not happen again. We are also going to apply different training for our colleagues for service improvement and share with them your feedback as a lesson during their learning process. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around. Our guest satisfaction is our objective, and I guarantee we value every guest coming to us. Thank you for your flexibility while we resolve the problem, I appreciate the opportunity to correct it. Very nice overnight at SGN airport

This hotel is close to SGN airport and offers an efficient free shuttle service. Since we had an overnight layover it was perfect. The place is clean and quite modern and the staff is nice. We booked a normal room but got a small suite for some reason which was super cute. We brought our own food but the room service/restaurant options seemed nice and affordable. Would stay here again any time.

Not sure what to say about this one. Stepping off my flight I was greeted by a representative who then took my bags while we walked the 7mins in the heat over to the international terminal where I had to wait for the shuttle to the hotel. The check in staff didn't seem overly interested in checking me in but the process was rather painless. We stayed in the family room, booked for 2 adults and 2 children but were provided 3 made up beds and 3 towels. I know the hotel boasts about minimising waste however our towels and bathmats had been used and washed so many times they resembled nothing more than tattered rags. The room had marks/scuffs everywhere, the hotel could use a fresh lick of paint. I had trouble plugging anything in to the wall sockets, even the room kettle. All the sockets are so worn out that everything falls out after being plugged in. I had to use bags or other heavy items to hold plugs in place. The pool and gym are great, offering great views over the airport and the city. The location is also very good. There are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and pharmacies near by. We arrived to breakfast 1hr before it finished. Items are not replenished if they run out so it's first come first serve. 30mins before closing staff came and started taking all the name tags off the items. Not sure why they start cleaning it up so early. Ultimately, the hotel does not feel like 4 star, I would say it's more a 3 star hotel. It's decent but has lots of potential.

This is always my 'go to' hotel for overnight stay in Saigon Airport. Convenient location close to airport, free shuttle bus. Stayed many times and would stay again.
