Took the airport transfer. Punctual and polite driver and staff. Room was clean and bed comfortable. One uncomfortable position...day of check out found the room next door eerie. The door opened and then shut by itself. Apart from this incident, will consider staying again. Vietnam is already celebrating the Christmas season with carols playing and festive drinks.

Appreciate its proximity to the airport. Room small but adequate and clean. There is an inhouse Starbucks. One can see planes land and take off from the roof top. Located next to a renovated mall with a food court on the 5th floor, and a 7-11 on the ground level.

Do not Stay Here! Unsafe and unhygenic!

Our room was broken into while we were out at dinner. We were only gone for 30 minutes and didn't leave the hotel. We are pretty sure it was an inside job as the restaurant staff stalled us from returning to our room. When we did return we noticed our door had been propped open. Later in the night someone tried to enter our room again. Luckily we had a travel door lock installed. But the noise woke us both up. The second reason not to stay here is the food service. As we watched our meals being prepped the chef stuck his finger so far up his nose, he likely gave himself a lobotomy. He continued cooking without washing his hands! The rooms are very small, which I didn't mind as it was just a layover, but the hotel has few ammenities for those catching early flights. The bed sheets smelled like sweat as though they had not been cleaned since the last guest. No free breakfast. No shampoo/conditioner. Noisy. Not a safe place for women. No hallway lights (they are on asensor that did not work properly leaving us fumbling in the dark to enter our room.

Perfectly small room, near the airport

The location was super convenient for those who stayed only one or two nights to catch the flight like me, as it was near the airport, and provided free shuttle van to both of international and domestic terminals. Room was small but well equipped. Starbucks and convenient stores were at the ground floor.
