We had an amazing stay at Novotel Saigon Centre. The staff we came across were all professional, friendly and approachable. Housekeeping was great as well and made our room clean and comfortable. Concierge staff were always alert and ready to assist us. I am in awe with how well-trained the staff were. I just want to take this opportunity to specially thank Hai from the concierge for finding and safekeeping my lost wallet. I did not realise I dropped the wallet outside the hotel. I am so lucky it was Hai who found my wallet. He also took the effort to check the CCTV and upon my return, he knew it was me and returned the wallet safely back to me. I am really grateful from the bottom of my heart and appreciative for his professionalism which saved me so much trouble.

My go to hotel whenever i am back in Ho Chi Minh City! Service is great and staffs are always friendly. Special thanks to Hung at the Front Desk and all the concerige staff whom are always so helpful. The best Accor hotel in Saigon and a big thank you for always welcoming me!

Lovely city centre hotel. Great selection for buffet breakfast in beautiful second floor restaurant. Room was on 16th floor with magnificent city centre view. Staff all very nice & attentive. Bar with good selection of cocktails.

Nice hotel with very pleasant service associates. Check in was fast and the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast options was varied. I booked a premier room and had access to the lounge and 2 pieces of laundry was useful. The lounge was well appointed but a bit disappointed with the options where food was concern. Their roof top bar offers a nice view of the city and their menu options for food was decent.

Only about 30 minutes (60 min - evening peak) by Grab to this hotel in District 3 - on the edge of District 1. The staff were magnificent. From check-in, housekeeping (who even converted a sofa to a kid's bed), restaurant and concierge. Very knowledgable as well. When we need to find nappies and baby powdered milk - they suggested to exact right place! Bravo.
