Great and luxury place, with very thoughtful services for every guests. Breakfast super delicious, room clean and comfortable. All hotel team are super nice too!! Great rate for Sofitel, Go and reserve yourself a room at Sofitel, highly recommend!

Lovely stay and fab breakfast. Maybe ask for a differnt pillows as they were too soft for me and my friend. However, everything else was fab.

Old hotel in good location

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in late August. This hotel is within walking distance to shopping malls (eg, Diamond plaza). The deluxe room is small with too much furniture. The bathroom has a bathtub with a separate shower. The shower is small for a Western person. The hotel is old but the bed is comfortable and big enough for 2 of us. Foods were good and tasty at the restaurants on level 2. The pool on the top floor is big and not very crowded when we were there. Overall, we had a comfortable stay but nothing special. It would be nice if the hotel offers amenities for royalty guests like other Accor hotels in Vietnam.

Overall—Excellent stay PRO—Attentive and helpful staff. clean, well-appointed and functional rooms with openable windows, Nespresso machine, adequate elevators, no noise issues. Very good breakfast buffet. WiFi c. 50Mbps w/o VPN. This is very fast by Accor standards. CON—nothing worth mentioning really. Overly Complex light switches and the A/C control should ideally be on a conventional thermostat and not the new hi-tech controller box (a/c “low” means low temp? Low fan? If I choose “hi” will the temp go up or down? Its just not clear) SPECIAL—the Executive club on the 18th floor was a delightful component of my experience. I typically don’t spring for club access but here I’m happy I did. It’s a great place to get an evening bite or drink and the staff there are among the most helpful and capable in the hotel. Huong, Marcus, Astrid, Tram, and others do a great job in helping guests navigate the challenges of visiting Saigon.

“I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and everything was very clean. I especially appreciated the variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Special thanks to the concierge team, particularly ((Tim))who provided us with valuable information about useful apps and local transport services. He helped us with flight bookings and maintained excellent follow-up throughout. Tim treated us not as guests but as close friends, sharing advice from the heart and never holding back any useful information. It felt like he was a local friend living in Vietnam, always looking out for us.”
