I love the service & especially Hien at Sky Lounge very attentive and friendly. The drinks were always filled and there is plenty of snacks. The food and the drinks were incredible, my favorite was the Merlot! A must visit and ask for Hien, such a sweetheart!

This was my first return stay at this lovely centrally located Saigon Hotel since pre-Covid. I booked into an Executive Studio Suite for two evenings (#1908 a corner suite) requesting a room away from as much evening noise as possible. The team looked after me to the best of their ability. Remembering the hotel is centrally located in a very busy city, the only noise to reach me was external music not related to the hotel, and this stopped around 10:30pm on both nights and should definitely not be seen as a fault of the hotel. Staying in the Executive suite brought back many memories for me as it was in one of these that I last stayed. The suite is as I remembered, spacious, luxurious without being over the top (like The Reverie which is totally overdone as to be a little uncomfortable). Basically, at Hôtel Des Arts Saigon they have found a perfect balance between stylish luxury and comfort. I love the “Indochine x Parisian” chic influenced decor. It actually does remind me of upmarket Paris hotel suites especially the corridor within the suite. There is a sense of space and lots of wonderful natural right coming in from two sides. The claw footed bathtub in the oversized bathroom is heavenly. All the bathroom amenities are by Chopard and feel luxurious. I liked the moisturiser so much that I bought a bottle from the hotel. The suite is simply well designed and thought out with distinct areas. It feels like the perfect city pied-à-terre. The executive lounge is tranquil and teamed by dedicated personnel. There are Macs available for use and many lovely art books and general books on Vietnam to look through. The cafe area off the lobby is also a lovely space full of comfortable furniture and lovely art work. Great place to have a snack or a coffee. The hotel itself is full of beautiful art top to bottom. I only had breakfast on both days in the executive lounge which was tranquil and a delicious way to start the day. I also loved the inclusion of a jar of Vegemite for Australian guests. I had other plans on both nights and missed out on evening drinks. Next visit I plan to make use of the rooftop pool and eat at Albion. A big thank you to the team at Hôtel Des Arts Saigon for looking after me.

Stunny rooms particularly the corner suites and centrally located. Great restaurants and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended as a stop over or extended stay. You won’t be disappointed. We look forward to our return. Meals won’t disappoint either!

Well-appointed hotel. Good-sized room was well-equipped and comfortable. There was some noise into the evening from the venue opposite, but it stopped before 23.00. Breakfast was very good too, with a very wide choice. Given the layout of Saigon, the location was as good as any.

Just top ... The atmosphere, the room, the staff, the rooftop bar/swimming pool, ... This is a place difficult to forget. I was lucky to be in a suite, so it makes also the experience very nice as the room was really nice but in general, MGallery are the kind of hotels combining professionalism and intimist style. Breakfast : very good diversity but when too many people not nice to be next to the buffet ...
