It is such a great experience at Hotel des art as always. I work in the building next to this hotel and usually have lunch buffet here. Very food and drink are so great, nice and friendly staff, such as Mr. Van Phuc taking care our team today. Every here is high end service, customer and people.

It's so good restaurent, not only the food but also the services. We have the good trip with restaurent especial Mr. Van Phuc as the good consult and provide the best service with my team, at the noon lunch. We will comback retaurent again and invite other my familly and my friends

The Des Arts is a very unassuming from the outside, in fact you really have to look hard to realise it’s a hotel behind the huge wooden doors at the entrance. Once inside it oozes elegance, with its art and furniture. Checkin was efficient and we were up in a room within 10minutes, serviced by three super fast lifts, one of which takes you for the 24th floor and the outside pool and social club bar. The room was well appointed, electric plug points to take UK plugs and usb points. There was a walk in shower as well as a full size tub / bath, the wash basin also had shaver points. There was the usual hotel amenities, mini safe, iron, tea, coffee etc, including a nespresso machine, water was also provided in glass bottles and replaced each day. The breakfast room is on the 2nd floor with a number of different food stations, serving both international and local cuisine. Tea and coffee served at your table. The social club on the 24th floor also serves food all day from its bar snacks menu, a great place for evening drinks and to watch the sun go down, happy hour is between 4 & 7 The hotel is well placed for exploring the city, most sites are walkable including the shopping markets around 15 minutes. The staff are really friendly and speak English pretty well. Enjoyed our time there, but the traffic is crazy and gets to you after a while !!!.

This is a very nice boutique hotel of Accor. It is modern and luxurious. Rooms are a bit small. Executive lounge is very nice, with the breakfast and high tea and cocktail offerings being very good. The rooftop pool is nice, although the bar there is a bit pricy. There is only one minor thing that needs to be addressed: The noise from outside. Apparently the rooms aren’t the best isolated so you can hear noise from the hallway but especially from outside music. There is a youth market next door, which made loud (interfering with my tv) noise until 10.30 pm (both nights that I stayed). This is not really a relaxing experience. So my advice is to new travellers: If you see the youth market from your window: ask for a different room immediately.

I stayed here briefly for business just as a chance to try the hotel. I've stayed almost everywhere in HCMC but hadn't tried Hotel des Arts yet. It was quite nice, but what made it great was the service I got in the club lounge from Ms. Duyen who took care of everything I needed, especially during the check in process. She is a perfect example of professionalism and hospitality. The staff at this hotel is really what makes it shine, even more than the rooms or the services. I was extremely impressed with Duyen and the rest of the team.
