This is a lovely hotel. The staff are outstanding and the breakfast buffet in the Saigon Kitchen Restaurant is delightful. Minh Dat and Thien Binh, Cuong were helpful, professional and charming, offering not only fantastic coffee, but tips about other regions in Vietnam. Thien Binh’s English language skllls were exceptional and impressive. Thank you for the incredible experience. Oh! And the pastry chef’s marzipan sculptures were beautiful.

My family and I (6 adults) had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in January 2026. We could not fault this hotel, the food, rooms and service were all perfect! The hotel Des Arts is stunning! We had a great time there , the staff super friendly and mostly Nhut at the lobby he was so nice and gave us a lot of information where to go and where to find souvenirs for our grandchildren. We enjoyed his expertise and his assistance.

Hotel jest piekny, kazde wnetrze jest zaprojektowane z dbaloscią o kazdy estetyczny szczegol. Sniadanie przepyszne. Bar na dachu zjawiskowy. Jednak nie to czyni ten hotel wybitnym. Wybitnym czynią go ludzie , ktorzy tam pracują. Kazdy napotkany czlonek obslugi byl niesamowicie uprzejmy, pomocny i goscinny. Bardzo dziekujemy , ze otrzymalismy pokoj zaraz po przyjezdzie z lotniska, dzieki temu moglismy odpoczac po dlugiej podrozy. Jesli kiedykolwiek bede w Ho chi minh na pewno wroce do tego hotelu.
