We truly appreciate your comments and sincerely regret that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the miscommunication about our free airport shuttle service. Kindly note that our bus service operates, every 30 minutes, to and from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, including Terminals 1 and 2. From there, guests can reach terminal 3 depending on their specific flight arrangements. The experience you described is not reflecting our usual quality of service and we will be more vigilant on providing a more consistent quality of service.
