모두가 친절했습니다. 태국과는 전혀다른 대우. 해피아워, 애프터눈티 등의 라운지혜택은 좀 약하지만, 친절한 서비스에 모든걸 만족합니다.

오래된 연식에도 불구하고 잘 관리된 시설과 프렌들리 하면서도 젠틀한 서비스의 직원들 ... 하지만 샤워부스의 심각한 물고임에 호텔의 모든 장점이 상쇄되는 아쉬움

직원들이 매우 친절하고 성심성희걱 고객을 대하는것 같아 올때마다 기분이 좋음 하지만 가격 대비 방이 다른 호텔에 비해 좁고 미니바에 다양성이 많이 떨어진것 같음 , 호텔 바는 외국인들 대상이어서 그런지 과도 하게 비싼 경함이 있음

​[장점] 로비에 계신 도어맨 분들은 매우 친절하셨고, 침구류 상태는 푹신하고 좋아서 잠자리는 편안했습니다. ​[단점 및 개선 요청] 하지만 전반적인 룸 컨디션과 서비스 운영에 아쉬움이 너무 많았습니다. ​서비스 및 운영 미숙 ​홈페이지에는 체크인이 2시로 안내되어 있었으나, 현장에서는 3시라고 하여 대기해야 했습니다. ​프라이버시 존중이 부족합니다. 청소 시간이 아님에도 웰컴 과일이나 엽서를 둔다는 이유로 직원이 예고 없이 방에 들어왔다 나가는 점은 매우 불쾌했습니다. ​어메니티 관리도 미흡하여 차(Tea) 티백 등이 제대로 채워지지 않았습니다. ​룸 컨디션 및 위생 ​방에서 개미가 발견되었습니다. 위생 관리가 시급해 보입니다. ​천장 샤워기(해바라기 수전)에서 물이 계속 떨어져 신경 쓰였습니다. ​방음이 잘되지 않아 주변 소음이 그대로 들립니다. ​방과 샤워실 크기가 전반적으로 좁고 답답합니다. 화장실 휴지도 너무 얇아 사용하기 불편했습니다. ​부대시설 ​수영장 이용객 대비 썬베드(의자) 수량이 턱없이 부족합니다.
