아내의 60번째 생일을 기념하기 위한 여행이었는데, 호텔 직원분들이 저희에게 보여주신 따뜻한 환대와 세심한 배려 덕분에 예상했던 것보다 훨씬 더 행복하고 기억에 남는 여행이 되었습니다.
체크인부터 머무는 내내 직원 한 분 한 분이 매우 친절하고 세심했으며, 단순히 업무적인 친절을 넘어 고객을 진심으로 환영하고 배려한다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 특히 아내의 특별한 생일을 함께 축하해 주고 세심하게 신경 써주신 점에 깊이 감사드립니다.
객실과 호텔의 분위기, 서비스 모두 훌륭했지만 무엇보다 이 호텔을 특별하게 만든 것은 직원들이었습니다. 여러 나라의 많은 호텔을 이용해 왔지만, 이번 숙박은 오래 기억에 남을 만큼 인상적이었습니다.
