Excellent location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. We booked two rooms for 4 days at this hotel and were pleased with the friendly staff and helpful info they provided us regarding money exchange and info on local food spots. The bathroom faucet was a little loose but the staff tried to fix it. It was a minor issue for us and since the staff was so responsive, we enjoyed our stay. Our fridge did not seem to keep very cool in one room but our other family member’s room had a fridge with no problems. Would be nice to have 2 access card keys but having one was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the rooms were excellent and the staff was terrific!

The rooms are tidy, and the bed ensures a good night’s sleep. Blackout curtains add to the comfort. The rooftop bar, The Hub Saigon, offers panoramic views of the Tan Son Nhat runway. A great spot to unwind! Free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center, and high-tech meeting venues—all under one roof.

First time staying at IBIS Saigon Airport Hotel offers good value for a layover, especially with its convenient shuttle service, which is a notable benefit. The positive initial impression from responsive email communication and efficient service is commendable. However, there are several significant issues that detract from the overall experience: 1. Lobby Air Conditioning: The lobby’s air conditioning is turned off at night, resulting in an uncomfortable environment. The staff and guests are visibly sweating, and there are no fans available to mitigate the heat. This cost-cutting measure severely impacts comfort. 2. Room Size and Bathroom Design: While the room size meets expectations for an IBIS hotel, the bathroom design is problematic. The cramped layout is further exacerbated by a clogged shower drain, indicating cleanliness issues. The presence of mold and the use of dark gray walls make it difficult to spot grime, leading to a perception of poor hygiene. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s proximity to the airport and overall value make it a viable option for a short stay. However, for those seeking comfort and cleanliness, it may not be the best choice.

食事がとても美味しく、基本的に満足しています。空港までの送迎も便利！ただ一点、朝のシャワー時にお湯がちゃんと出ず、残念だった。
