Please allow us to express our sincere apologies for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced when traveling to the new Terminal 3. We truly regret that the information provided at check-in was not communicated clearly enough, which led to misunderstanding and caused you unnecessary stress. Your comments have been carefully reviewed with our Front Office and transportation teams. We have taken this matter seriously and will reinforce internal communication and staff training to ensure that future instructions regarding inter-terminal transportation are clearer, more accurate, and easier to follow, especially for international guests.
