Dear Mr. F., Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to give us your feedback. I greatly appreciate your comments about different aspects of the room and these candid opinions would be a guideline for us to define what we still need to improve on. In taking great care of our valued customers, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well maintained and comfortable atmosphere while retaining the brand spirit of "Well-being at the best price". We are also going to apply different training for our colleagues for service improvement and share with them your feedback as a lesson during their learning process. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around. Dear Mr. Moriwaki, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and miscommunication regarding our airport shuttle service. Kindly note that our complimentary shuttle bus currently operates every 30 minutes between the hotel and Tan Son Nhat Airport Terminals 1 and 2. From there, guests may continue to Terminal 3 depending on their specific flight arrangements. We regret that this information and guidance were not communicated clearly enough during your departure. At the same time, we are pleased to know that you appreciated our convenient airport location and the room facilities. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
