The ibis saigon airport was perfect. It was extremely easy to book the FREE airport shuttle by email. They were waiting outside customs and we were on the shuttle in minutes. Our flight was delayed to midnight and it was not a problem. As most ibis’ the rooms are small but efficient. The air on worked well. The hot water felt great after 2 flights. The breakfast was varied and great. The express was so good at the breakfast buffet that I saved money by not going to the lobby Starbucks. I wish we’d had more time to go to the pool and rooftop bar. Everyone was so friendly!

定期的に騒音を感じる。水回りの音や廊下からの騒音がひどい。ハンドタオルやフェイスタオルがない。バスタオル一枚ですべて拭かなければいけない。パジャマなどもない。とにかく何もない。

Our standard for towels set up in standard rooms are 1 bath mat and 2 bath towels. Bathrobe, hand or face towels will be provided upon request. Regarding the noise, please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measurements in accordance with the management team to address the problems that you have mentioned. This is a really nice hotel for those on the lookout for a short stay, near the airport. Staff were courteous and professional and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Room service was quick to arrive. The rooms are on the smaller side, however we were in Saigon only for a few hours overnight and we were ok with it.
