ターミナル3へのシャトルバスが無いのは酷い。 スリッパは使い回し。大きな汚れがあってもそのまま置いてあったので分かった。 ハンドタオルはなし。

In taking great care of our valued customers, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well maintained and comfortable atmosphere while retaining the brand spirit of "Well-being at the best price". We are also going to apply different training for our colleagues for service improvement and share with them your feedback as a lesson during their learning process. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around. 空港シャトルバスでホテルから空港へ行く必要があったが、T3には行ってくれない。 T2で降ろされて、あとはあの無料バス乗れとか言われてどこかに行ってしまう。そのバスが何時に出るのか飛行機に間に合うのかもわからず、乗れと言われたバスは待っててもぜんぜん出発しない。 結局grabで自力でT3まで行く羽目になり、搭乗ギリギリになってしまい非常に腹立たしかった。

Kindly note that our complimentary shuttle bus currently operates every 30 minutes between the hotel and Tan Son Nhat Airport Terminals 1 and 2. From there, guests may continue to Terminal 3 depending on their specific flight arrangements. We regret that this information and guidance were not communicated clearly enough during your departure. On a higher note, ibis Saigon Airport also offers different room variations to accommodate different preferences, including Family Rooms, Studios, 1-Bedroom Apartments, and 2-Bedroom Apartments.
