Dear Mr. Naohisa, Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to give us your feedback. I greatly appreciate your comments about different aspects of the room and these candid opinions would be a guideline for us to define what we still need to improve on. In taking great care of our valued customers, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well maintained and comfortable atmosphere while retaining the brand spirit of "Well-being at the best price". We are also going to apply different training for our colleagues for service improvement and share with them your feedback as a lesson during their learning process. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around. A very handy hotel near the airport. Convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. Though you can walk [rough terrain over main roads] take the shuttle bus. Very convenient and only a 5-minute trip.

空港から徒歩圏内、第3ターミナルだけは車で10分位。近くには飲食店多数。コンビニエンスストアも有り。何かと便利です。 第3ターミナルへの無料送迎がが有れば満点です。 部屋は必要最低限だが、スマートです。

0時過ぎに着くフライトでしたが、スタッフの方が到着口で待ってくれており安心できました。シャトルバスでホテルにすぐ着けました。ファミリールームはとても広くて快適でした。スターバックスが1階にあって便利です。
