Good! They are so kindly to us So we are very thankful to this hotel. We will come here again! The room was so clean and pleasant. It was nice that the bed was big. The air conditioner was good and there was no problem with the bathroom!! Thank you so much

Everything was ok except the receipt at welcoming, I think there were trainees that’s why it took very long for me to finally have my room key. Then when I got to the room, once again they knocked on the door and asked for my ID because they couldn’t get it right the first time. The room was small and old fashioned, was ok for a business stay since I didn’t need much, but if it was a couple or family stay, I would not recommend. Location was good, next to the exhibition center and also a big shopping mall, good area.

The staffs are very accommodating, esp vi, billy & uyen. rooms are well kept and generous with toiletries. Its the best place near the convention centre, very strategically located too for food establishments and crescent mall. We requested for early check in and late check out and they immediately obliged even if its fully booked.

*The location is near the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, it’s suitable for the exhibitors. *The environment for the lobby and room are also great ! *The hotel receptionist： Vi, Nhi, Billy, Nga, Phuong are very nice and provide good services!
