Brilliant service, nice rooms. Much more quiet than exspected. Very delicious breakfast. We‘ve been here for three nights in September and felt like very important persons. Whenever coming back to HCMC we will choose Sofitel Saigon Plaza. Hopefully they finish the workation for Metro System soon.

Happiest Birthday Ever! My husband booked for us to stay 5 nights here after a colleague told me about how amazing it was. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but this was utopia! The staff are exceptional, friendly and prompt. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet is the best breakfast I have ever had in my life. The upstairs club lounge is a must have luxury experience! Close to everything for a day trip and then back to paradise in the afternoon. The amount of little extra care and thoughtful gestures from staff were mind blowing. I will be rebooking as soon as I get home.

Very nice hotel and very comfortable room to sleep, food is delicious and variety selection. Hotel location is nearly tourist places and popular restaurants / bar in only walking distance. We had very nice time to stay at Sofitel, Hotel Manager and his staff very friendly, we wish to visit the hotel again soon 🥰

Fantastic stay, upgrade to a suite on arrival & the team throughout were absolutely brilliant! The club lounge was exceptional with a wide range of tasty morsels or a full hot meal if you wished & beverages from champagne cocktails to a cup of tea to wash them down with. Breakfast was also good with a wide range of local & international fare to choose from, with a team to cater for your every need. Location wise, the hotel is well placed, conveniently for many of the cities attractions & great for exploring the city by foot or by public transport. On the whole, I cannot fault our stay; always treated with a smaller & nothing was too much trouble - 10 out of 10 to the whole team and we look forward to our next stay ! Keep up the great work!

Great hotel and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing breakfast with great variety - must be the best breakfast in Saigon!! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Saigon!
