Poor service , not very keen to delight the customer with a special experience. Unfriendly - only knows how to say “no” to every requests made. Don’t feel welcome at all. Ends up just like a very normal hotel stay which then does not command the kind of price.

Clean room with nice view, great facilities and clearness. But it’s a pity that small space and poor water discharge for bathroom. Breakfast is good and rooftop view is awesome as well. The bathroom water discharge could be improved better

I have good experience with my family during staying at MGallery Hotel. Friendly and strong support staff. Check in and check out very fast. Nice and clean room with city view. The swimming pool in the Roof top made our children very exciting. The location good to walking to visit the city central. The breakfast is perfect.

The staff in HdA Saigon is just super friendly, supportive and it is always a please to come back. Post Lock-down the hotel obviously can not re/open all its facilities, but they are off to again a good start. Great Hotel and we cant wait to have it back to normal

Since January this year, I am staying here and I have never been disappointed. The managing team has preferred to preserve comfort and security unlike the other 5 stars hotels which have sold out the rates with the expected impacts ( decrease of services quality as well as "guests" level). The professionalism of the Food &Beverages Team is efficient and enjoyable as ever. Despite the difficulties of supply, we have fresh vegetables and fruits everyday. House keeping and laundering are impeccably accomplished. The management team is always available to fix all matters and issues. The friendly welcome and the staff always willing to satisfy your needs will make you feel protected and serene and that is indeed the greatest luxury this hotel has to offer me and the other clients currently, during the COVID season.

I stayed at Hotel des Arts Saigon between Feb 21 and May 21 during the COVID pandemic. Throughout, I felt very welcomed and supported by the staff. Service: Staff were polite and friendly - always ready to help make reservations/ open the hotel and car doors; I noticed there were interns-at-training in the dining area, but they were fine. Cleanliness: Great - room cleaning and turn-down service provided daily. Value: Would have enjoyed a larger breakfast spread, but appetizers and alcohol at the lounge in evenings made up for it. Location: Great - I enjoyed hosting friends at Social Club upstairs, and also visiting CTY for their watermelon cake next door. Sleep quality: TOP NOTCH! - Best pillows and mattress across 4 top hotels I experienced in Vietnam. Do ask for the pillow menu to try out various options Rooms: Great - Design of rooms very thoughtful and curved. Bathtub with the window view is a key highlight. Room size not as big as other hotel locations - just right for 1 or 2 pax. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - wished I had time to say goodbye before I flew off in a rush.

I can’t believe anyone designing a room where the bathroom is separated from the bedroom with a thin curtain and the toilet which has a gap of maybe 15 cm at the top and opens straight onto the bedroom. Amazingly stupid. We booked & paid for 2 nights and left after one. The breakfast was particularly ordinary. The staff were lovely which is why the hotel gets 2 stars.

Behind on sustainability

It's a nice hotel and staff is very nice, but compared to other hotels it has not yet progressed to higher sustainability standards. Water in the rooms comes in small aluminium cans, as a couple you easily consume 10 per day, considering the nr of rooms, that is a huge amount of waste every day. Recycling aluminium is very energy intensive, so it is absolutely not green. Many other hotels use refillable water bottles which produce zero waste and are also more stylish. They even claim on the can that aluminium is the most sustainable packaging material in the world which is a completely wrong statement. There is only one water dispenser in the gym to refill your bottle. Otherwise they boil water which is again energy waste and kills germs but doesn't filter heavy metals from the water. Bathroom products come in plastic containers. Whoever is the sustainability manager at Accor must be deep asleep.

スタッフの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。 急な花束のお願いにも親身になり対応して下さり、素晴らしい思い出が作れました。とても感謝しています。食事も美味しくスイートルームに泊まりましたが部屋も清掃が行き届き快適に過ごせました。ホーチミンに行った際にはまた宿泊したいと思います。

A true urban oasis, Hotel des Arts Saigon Mgallery is a beautiful escape from the city - with the stunning Social Club rooftop bar and pool to the AMAZING food from Chef Angela, the warm, authentic hospitality from GM Jean-Pierre and team, and environmentally-friendly beWater in every room instead of plastic bottles - this place is paradise!

warmly hosted by Hieu, Bao @social club, taken cared by Ha, Hien during Canape time and Thinh during breakfast time. Thank F&B for an attentive and sincere service making up the shortage of dining quality due to Covid-19. Nevertheless, shocked with the lack of genuine & professional level by FO supervisor Ms “U”. Booked a deluxe and she gave diamond guest a deluxe without View to the city (1911), i tried to explain the price which she wrongly assumed as 2 category upgrade (deluxe with executive lounge access) was simply increased to cover executive lounge benefit whilst Diamond like me didnt need to pay for what was entitled. Immediately asked her to check my profile preference at checkin time (bathtub is a must in my profile, she never checked anw). After pretending to the screen for 30 seconds (im used to this bahavior), Supervisor “U” falsely advised that higher category room was not avail as i demanded, ha ha i showed apps with dozens avail grand deluxe rooms and suite. Straightforwardly i told her to use my Suite nite upgrade if she is not keen to offer free one. The lady “U” contintued to provise fake smile and asked me to go to “deluxe room without proper view” first and would come back to me later on application of suite nite upgrade. She never called back. Not just this, miss U failed to advise my full benefit and didnot provide benefit letter to confirm this whilst she confidently said that it was in my room (not advised me on free mini bar, breakfast hours on which restaurant, confidently and wrongly advised canape hours.. shame). Still dont understand whilst ignorance became the signature of MGallery FO.

Overall great hotel.Service is amazing and very guest oriented.Would definitely stay there next time. Due to the COVID it seems that hotel is running on very limited breakfast choice (understandable)so do not expect something gala.Also i'am rather tall, so tv hanging from the ceiling might present obstacle if you are not careful.Would highly recommend this hotel.

鍵がひとつ使えなかったから、スタッフに交換を依頼したが、1時間経っても持ってこない。催促してようやく。 途中で部屋の全ての電気がつかなくなった(エアコン含む)。電気の修理がなかなか終わらないので、部屋の交換を依頼したが、そこからさらに30分くらい待たされて、結局1時間30分くらい無駄にした。シャワーを浴びて、すぐに出かけたかったのに。 変わった部屋のシャワートイレが壊れていた。もう面倒で、指摘する気も起きない。 6時オープンの朝食会場に6時30分に行ったが、全然ビュッフェの準備が終わっておらず、食べるものがあまりなかった。スタッフに部屋番号も合計3回も聞かれたし。我々が来てから準備し出したのが明らかで、ジュースやパンケーキ、卵料理などのサービスもこちらから要求しないと出てこない。普段よりは規模を縮小しているのは理解できるが、これで1人3,000円も払うのはバカバカしく、翌日は外で食べた。 客が少ないからと言って、価格に見合わないサービスをしていたら、客は離れていきますよ。

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel des Arts so much that we will definately be staying here again when we return to Ho Chi Minh. From the moment we got out of our taxi we felt welcome. The staff were friendly, informative, helpful and accommodating, providing the best service! And then there is the hotel itself. It is beautiful. Not too big, not too small, with everything we could possibly want or need. We will be back. One night was way too short a stay. Thank you.

インテリアや朝食などMギャラリーらしくてよかった。 ターンダウンのチョコレートが1枚しか置いてないのが謎でした。 家族3人で宿泊していたので。 朝食がベトナムらしく食器のバチャン焼やプレゼンテーションが最高でした。 窓の外の景色が良くないのでプロジェクターなどでベトナムやインドシナぽい画像などが流れているともっと雰囲気が良いかと思います。 プールバーやプールのサービスもとても良かったです。

Nice location. Near all touristic place and shopping mall. Good staff. Great roof top bar and view. Clean room but my room small I dont know it is standart. and delicious foods. French style hotel....
