What a wise choice staying in this Hotel. The staff was brilliant, service is 10 out of 10. Thank you Minh at the lobby assisted us a really quick check-in and offered rooms ready, despite it was 10AM! Very warm and kind. Defenitely comeback for next trips

Great Hotel, let down badly by noisy neighbours.

Lovely hotel, spot on location, great staff, wonderful food and drink offering with cool rooftop bar and pool. Sadly, badly let down by noisy neighbouring bar over the road. Having to wear earplugs at 10.00 pm, 3 out of 4 nights, to try (and failing) to get to sleep, 12 floors up in a supposed 5 star hotel is totally inexcusable in my book I am afraid. It was impossble to spend time in the room due to the volume. Either the sound proofing or the neighbours need drastic improvement !
