What an amazing experience! The Hotel Des Arts Saigon was the perfect place to conclude our 2 week journey through Vietnam. Close to amazing restaurants, bars and museums and has incredible views from both the sky top bar and our room! The service was incredible with incredible attention to detail to create an amazing friendly and relaxing atmosphere after touring the busy Ho Chi Minh City streets! If you’re looking for excitement though don’t miss the Sky Lounge at night where there’s djs always on rotation! Huge shoutout to Tân Nhųt who took such great care of us and our luggage! We had a late night flight back home after we had checked out! (They extended check out for us as well as late as possible so we could have a nice slow start to our last day). He made sure our luggge was safely stored while we continued to explore the incredible city and when my fiancé was sick before we left that took excellent care of us and he personally eacorted us to the spa to use the shower to freshen up before our flight! Everyone was so accommodating and feel lucky we were able to experience the city the convenience and luxury service of this hotel and its staff! Definitely will return!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are outstanding and the breakfast buffet in the Saigon Kitchen Restaurant is delightful. Minh Dat and Thien Binh, Cuong were helpful, professional and charming, offering not only fantastic coffee, but tips about other regions in Vietnam. Thien Binh’s English language skllls were exceptional and impressive. Thank you for the incredible experience. Oh! And the pastry chef’s marzipan sculptures were beautiful.

My family and I (6 adults) had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in January 2026. We could not fault this hotel, the food, rooms and service were all perfect! The staff were all very attentive to our individual needs, especially Nhut! Thank you Nhut for looking after us - you are a treasure and a real asset to this hotel.

The hotel Des Arts is stunning! We had a great time there , the staff super friendly and mostly Nhut at the lobby he was so nice and gave us a lot of information where to go and where to find souvenirs for our grandchildren. We enjoyed his expertise and his assistance.
