Great staff. Pleasant and always willing to help. Staff suggested and organised some good trips. Me. Phat, Hung(American accent) were extremely helpful.b Location is great. Room was spacious and clean. Best rain water shower. Breakfast was amazing.

Our family of 4 literally had 24hrs in HCMC. It was hot, humid, chaos and calm all at once. The Pullmam Saigon is in a great location with a great atmosphere and comfort. The food in the lobby area restaurant was delicious too. We were four ppl in one room so we had an extra bed in our room. This made the room become instantly smaller, but still better than separating the family as we have younger children. The breakfast buffet was just the right balance of fusion, western and traditional. The Singapore Pudding was delicious!!! All in all the staff make this hotel a highlight, all are so kind, thoughtful, gentle and helpful. A special mention & huge thanks to Khanh (The bell man) as he was super helpful in helping us sorting out a small issue of forgetting an item at a local spa the night before. He instantly understood my concern and need for help. He was quick, efficient and his English speaking was excellent. So happy & helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Its a shame we didn't have enough time to use the pool or gym facilities, but they looked very clean & nice.

One of my favourite Accor hotels I have ever stayed in. World-class from start to finish. Particularly, the hospitality. As well as the super modern, super spacious and super elegant room facilities. Thanks go to Ms. Ngan for her fine help, Ms. Tu (pictured) for such distinguished service with humility at breakfast, Mr. Duong (pictured), Mr. Toan and Mr. Anh at the Swimming and Fitness Floor. Thank you, Mr. Kiet, for the warm Accor welcome. Pullman Saigon made the visit to Ho Chi Minh well worth the trip all the way from Australia. My go-to place whenever in Ho Chi Minh again. I felt super-valued as an Accor member at this hotel.
