Bad service, confused team, serious mistakes as giving me keys for a room that was not mine. Luckily the person was not in the room, that would be awkward. Way too small shower room. The up bed on the bunk had no sheets put, I had to put it on myself and apparently that was not a mistake, but a weird standard thing. Hated it.

Hello Thais, sorry about the mistake with the key, we reforce the procedures with our team. And about the up bed, that´s right, at Ibis Budget it is the guest who preparer for is on safety. Regards

My time with my kids in the property was tranquil and good. We really liked a lot. The staff is respectiful. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger, and the extra bed could be on the floor. Anyway, was amazing.

A newer Ibis Budget! I stayed there for one night,to go to the Airport the next day. The breakfast was fine and the space very clean! The windows are well isolated, so the highway behind the building was not a problem.

I like to stay at the Ibis hotel, because the quality and service is the same everywhere in the world. The only problem this time was the shower. The water temperature kept alternating between boiling hot and cold all the time, so I had to take a shower moving away from the water and coming back. It was like dancing while taking a shower, but it was not fun. It was quite annoying.

The room is compact but extremely functional. I loved the shower and the bed, felt extremely relaxed. The breakfast is good and the guys from front desk were extremely helpful. Nothing to complain about my stay.
