Ao chegar os quartos que nos deram no andar 9 não tinham ar condicionado funcionando A única funcionária presente no hotel não sabia resolver Testou o ar de todos os quartos do andar Nenhum funcionando, desceu um andar Testou o ar em vários quartos do andar 8 Só um funcionando Foi para o 1o andar encontrou outro quarto com ar funcionando Precisávamos de 2 no mesmo andar Testou quase o andar todo, encontrou outro Saímos e ao voltar o banheiro de um dos quartos estava inundado Teve que procurar outro com ar funcionando Pelo jeito hotel decadente e está sem nenhuma manutenção Edredom com mau cheiro, teve de pedir troca Não sei como pedir ressarcimento pelo prejuízo do tempo perdido nisso e o trabalho de testar o ar de muitos quartos do hotel, prejudicando nossa estadia e nosso tempo disponível na cidade Além do prejuízo moral

Neste dia de hoje eu RÉGIO F G gostaria de me expressar em uma forma com mais gratidão no entanto hoje não vai ser o dia , venho a reportar que faz 3 dias que não tem guardanapo no refeitório, hoje faltou margarina ou manteiga no café da manhã fora as frutas que não se encontram com qualidade para o uso e consumo , pedi dois ovos frito no qual veio encharcado de óleo . " PEÇO " um ponto de atenção na gestão da gerência .

I arrived in the hotel around mid-night. The check-in took's almost 40 min. When I arrived at the room, there was no towels, TV control and pillows. I asked 2x to the reception to bring the items missed. It was late and I'd like to sleep. I had to go downstairs after 35 min to get the missed items. The hotel as general point of view is ok. Maybe it was unlucky from my side, but the service needs to improve.
