Shocked! There is No room service , no water bottles , empty fridge No closet to hang clothes No kettle either or coffee to drink Have to purchase from a bar 2 coffees cost 12 euros for a small cup What a disgrace considering it’s a 4 star hotel And expensive Never booking again and would not recommend at all

Music corner.

Visited as part of a coach party. Everything was good but the special feature is the music corner with an electric piano and acoustic guitar which guests are encouraged to use. This led to some of our group having a bit of a singsong. Great idea.

Beware of leaving your vehicle in car park

Even though this is a nice hotel, do not leave anything in your car, we left our luggage in car as was only staying overnight and took an overnight bag in, car was locked and had blacked out windows, our luggage was stolen from the boot, broke lock on drivers door, only found out when reported theft the cameras in car park are fake and they didn't shut the gate to entrance, hindsight is wonderful thing, just want to warn others as hotel were very unhelpful

Formula One Monza Weekend

Hotel is fine. There’s a McDonald’s and a Lidl right outside. This place is nowhere near Milan and nowhere near Monza. Travelled here for the formula one and it’s fine if you’re willing to spend the money on Ubers/taxis. For reference, one way into Milan was averaging 62€. Then you have to get the train from Milan to Monza. Another option is an Uber to Rho or Saronno this is about 30€. Then you get 2 trains to get to Monza. The trains are super cheap so if you’re willing to spend that much on Ubers it’s your choice. However, you’re looking at a minimum of 180€ for the whole weekend. Like I said the hotel itself is nice, and not their fault it’s kind of advertised as being in Milan. There is a bus option to get to the train stations, but this wasn’t straight forward and some of the busses/trains stop running after a certain time. I would also suggest travelling back to Milan as there are always an abundance of taxis/ubers there, coming back into Rho or Saronno is cheaper, if there are any Ubers about. Struggled to get assigned a driver some days. Grand Prix was good. I would suggest not getting off at Monza, but at Biassono-Lesmo. You walk 2 minutes to the track from here. If you get off at Monza there can be hour long queues for the shuttles to take you to the track.

Birthday Retreat

We booked this hotel via love holidays for my 40th birthday away with the wife. The hotel was really good for us despite the reviews it has had of other visitors. We had a really god time in terms of sleeping and accessibility. We had hired a car so for us, distance did not matter. The cleaners were really good and they did a fantastic job. New sheets and towels every day and the room was cleaned well. The reception staff were very helpful, however, the same cannot be said about the kitchen/breakfast staff. One of the ladies was always rude and miserable. I think she even though i had left a piece of bread in the toaster for too long and then smoke the kitchen out when in fact a young boy who had no idea how to use a toaster left the piece of bread in it. Breakfast itself was very good for what we paid. They had the basics and it was enough to keep us both going till lunchtime. There was always parking available outside for our car that we had hired. Also, a Lidl next door came handy for snacks and there were eatery outlets nearby but we didn't have time to visit them. All in all would happily stay here again.
