Super overpriced for sub-par basic facilities

Super over-priced for very basic facilities; we arrived late in the evening around 10.30pm and were desperate for some food; bar was closed; had to take a cold ciabatta from the dispensing machine; beverages dispensing machine was out of order, rather than apologizing was told that to get a beverage from the closed bar counter it would cost an extra euro! Hotel has feeling of a hostel, certainly not worth paying some 180 euros per night for a few hours night stay. Book at your peril.

We arrive to Hotel rooms are ok If max 75€ But bar is total disgusting 0,4ml beer taste very bad 7€ ,0.2ml beer 5€ . Derive in the bar is total sh.t,, Don’t use the bar in Hotel is way to go expensive. 400m from Hotel is Mastro pizza bistro super pizza and chaep beer.

Practical short stay option with a good shuttle service.

This is a practical aeroport hotel well located to Milan Malpensa international airport. I stayed overnight whilst in transit and the room was on the first floor (of three room floors) above and to the right of the hotel foyer (131). The value is in the location with serviceable though small “ business” type rooms. The reception staff were very welcoming and provided excellent assistance during the check in process including sensitivity to the delivery of a hire road bike at the hotel. In particular Giovanni & Matteo at the front desk were especially helpful during my check in. The provision of an airport shuttle minivan throughout the day was very helpful and assisted a smooth attendance at the hotel location. The room itself would benefit from the provision of bottled water and a small fridge to store it. Breakfast was included in my booking and the standard is reasonable with a range of cereals,pastries and machine coffee selections. Overall this hotel delivers what a stopover stay may expect however there is significant room for improvement in the simple options of room small fridge,water ,and a prestay email outlining the shuttle service timings from the airport as well as a clear explanation of where to meet the shuttle at the airport

Uncomfortable, unsafe, expensive stay near the airport

I’ve picked this airport because it was close to the airport and I was on a long connection, thinking I could easily get from the airport to the hotel and back, and that this travel would be fairly cheap. I was wrong, while the 9pm shuttle from the airport to the hotel cost me €5, the return trip at 12pm the next day was €25 because it’s a “private service”… except there was another family on the shuttle and the “private” service included screeching children. Sure, it’s cheaper than a taxi (€35) and Uber (€50) but it’s still 5 times as much and the drive is less than 10 minutes long! But I wish that was my biggest grievance with this hotel. That belongs to the air conditioner situation. The AC is automatic and stops working when it reaches a certain degree outside. Meaning I had no AC and had to open a window. This would’ve been fine if I hadn’t been on the ground floor and the window was big enough for an entire American football team to climb through. So I spent the night worried someone might break in, not to mention the noise from the parking lot just outside my window. Safety was compromised on another level as I could not lock my hotel room door from inside. No matter how many twists of the lock, the lock stayed firmly inside the door and did not lock it. This meant hotel staff or indeed anyone with a master keycard could open my door at will, which they did TWICE in the morning (guessing it was the cleaning staff), waking me up the first time. Speaking of keycards, the one I got acted up, took several tries to work and once stopped working altogether, and I had to go seek help from the front desk. Other minor stuff: the double bed in the room was actually two narrow single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable. The mattress itself was thin and not very comfortable either, and the sheets had a smudge of black dirt I wasn’t sure the origin of. The extra single bed was even less comfortable, and I only sat on that one. The shower head only had one setting: really hard, flesh piercing current, which hurt a bit. Unrelated to the hotel itself but rather its location: there are no real food options, apart from the nearby partner Novotel hotel, where food was rather expensive (I was told dinner was €35, I didn’t go check). The only good thing was the super friendly front desk staff, that helped me to the best of their ability, and struck up friendly conversation.
