部屋は清潔でとても良かったです！ 部屋の飲み物についてや、チェックアウト時間等、鍵の袋や部屋にインフォメーションがあるとより、良かったです。

Welcome giftが無かったので残念でした。アーリーチェックインが出来てありがたかった。快適な滞在でした。

メトロにも近く、ビジネストリップに最適なロケーション。レセプションのスタッフも非常に親切でフレンドリー。快適でした。ただ、窓が壊れていて、締めても風で開いてしまう、窓が開くとシステム上暖房が切れてしまうので、寒くて死ぬかと思いました。フロントにお願いしても直りませんでした。その他はパーフェクトだったので、その点だけ残念。

ルームは清潔で快適でした。毎朝の無料飲料水の補給は助かりました。朝食は大変美味で種類も満足できました。又、コーヒーとティーの提供は素晴らしかったです。一点のみ、歯ブラシと歯磨きチューブを、宿泊客がフロントで希望すれば提供してもらえたら尚良かったです。
