Já foi muito melhor, comprovada por uma avaliação minha anterior, inclusive com agradecimento por parte do hotel. PIOROU MUITO, inicialmente com o hotel não abrindo mais o restaurante para refeições e para completar a PÉSSIMA AVALIAÇÃO que faço, fiz o check-out em 01/01/2026, solicitei a Nota Fiscal e me foi informado que o hotel estava com problema no sistema e que me enviariam por e-mail e até hoje, 08/01/2026 nada foi me enviado, me obrigando a ligar várias vezes para o hotel e a resposta ser sempre a mesma: ESTAMOS COM O SISTEMA INDISPONÍVEL. Mesmo o hotel tendo o contato do cadastro do hóspede, nada foi comimicado adicionalmente. O gerente nunca está disponível para contato o que torna o tema cada vez mais desagradável. DA VEZ ANTERIOR DEI NOTA MÁXIMA E ELOGIEI O HOTEL, DESTA VEZ, SE TIVESSE NOTA ZERO, EU DARIA. PÉSSIMO EM TODOS OS SENTIDOS

Hotel péssimo! Acabou a energia a noite o hotel inteiro ficou no escuro. Estava muito calor não dormi a noite inteira. Somente por volta das 4h da manhã que a energia voltou. Um absurdo! Ar condicionado velho e ruim, televisão velha, com os canais todos fora do ar. Liguei na recepção e falaram e era assim mesmo, que poderia voltar a funcionar a qq momento, mas não voltou. Nunca mais fico nesse hotel e também não indico pra ninguém! Fujam desse lugar.

O Ibis Jataí é um oásis na cidade. Localizado dentro do estacionamento de um shopping, e ao lado da melhor pizzaria da cidade, o hotel é sem dúvidas a melhor opção da cidade. O atendimento é de primeira e o café espetacular, assim como os apartamentos. Estacionamento gratuito e um simpático café da tarde (simples mas bem gostoso), também cortesia para os hóspedes. Eu recomendo!

As me and my wife arrived at the hotel, approximately at 00:50 am, 07/02/16, the person at the desk awarned us that our reservation "fortunately had not been canceled", explanining that the reservations usually void after midnight due to a administrative procedure of the hotels. It was the first time we heard about that at Accorhotels net. We really got astonished and argued him about that, because it is not awared or stated in the reservation rules/terms and conditions and that we have choosen late check-in option at the reservation. Anyway, I would be glad to know from Ibis/Accorhotels if this is true and, if so, please register my complain, because it must be clear that the costumer needs to call the hotel and advise if the arrival is after midnight, in order to guarantee the room, even if the late check-in and input of credit card data was choosen. Other thing else, the Accorhotels website has changed, and the page for reservation is worse than before, because it is not clear if we are including the breakfast or meals for one, two or more people. As a consequence, during our stay at the hotel they awarned us that the breakfast was included just for one person. This is very embarassing. I hope you improve the website in order to avoid this and that be clear what exacty is being purchased at the final room confirmation page.
