Very good budget hotel with excellent localisation, just 200 m from main railway station in Wroclaw, but it doesn't influnce to silence in a room. Delicious breakfasts and nice, helpful staff. Booking online directly on hotel's website much cheaper than in booking sites or in the hotel.

Stayed here a few times and enjoyed both stays rooms are great very comfortable and close proximity to many places to shop eat or visit Tea & coffee available at reception breakfast is good lots of choices Would recommend Very clean and great access to the train station

A very reasonably priced hotel, the room we stayed in was well equipped with a wonderful shower. The hotel itself was bright and clean. The breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from. The evening bar was friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to train, trams and busses. The staff were wonderful and thankfully spoke excellent English to more than accommodate our woeful lack of polish. This trip was over 2 years in the making after many cancellations due to Covid and I would like to thank the front of house manager, Pauline Zajac, personally for her extended efforts in booking and re-booking our stay and honouring the original booking time after time during many cancellations... We loved Wroclaw and we can't wait to go back!

The hotel was very handy for the airport bus, right at the side of the hotel. We had requested a quiet room and this is what we got ( we are light sleepers) and the front facing rooms would have had the trams and traffic passing. Room was a good size and well furnished. Water provided also which was appreciated. Bed was comfortable, lighting quite dim but huge floor to ceiling windows allowed a lot of light in during the day. Shower was fine, hairdryer available, towels had seen better days but were adequate. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice from fruits, yogurts, cold meats and cheeses, delicious croissants, lovely apple cake etc. The downside to breakfast was the dreadful coffee. Awful! So much so, my husband would sprint along the road to Etno and bring back a coffee as he really couldn’t take the hotel stuff! Note to Ibis, time to upgrade your coffee beans to something decent. Still, this wouldn’t stop us staying here again as everything else was generally fine. A very good price too.

Rooms great, food excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again. Restaurant attached was great very accommodating and beautiful food. Are there every night as really no need to go elsewhere.
