The best service of Mr. Łukasz! He was really doing his best! Great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, nice and spacious rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very nice hotel for business trips.

The place is wonderful, elegant and clean. Food was very delicious with plenty of choice. The Service was magnificent, specially Łukasz. He brightened our days during the stay. We definitely will come back to Novotel City Wroclaw.

Good experience. Very friendly stuff especially Łukasz and Radek. Breakfast was standard, you can order many various types of coffe in lobby. Rooms are clean, whatever is missing you can have at recepturom aswell
