객실은 깨끗합니다. 하지만 체크아웃 시 카운터 남직원1명, 여직원 1명 이 있었다. 영어를 잘 못해 구글번역기로 남직원에게 "회원적립 요청"을 하였고 돌아 오는 답변은 "하루 더 숙박할 것인가요?" 라는 말이였고, 나를 쳐다보며 옆 여직원과 키득키득 거리며 비웃었다. 인종 차별을 느껴 정말 기분 나뻤다. 다시는 재방문 하지 않겠습니다.

I am especially saddened that your assessment of our staff's behavior has been so harshly defined. The staff members who assisted you included our new receptionist (also a foreigner, not of Polish origin) and another receptionist who has been with us for a longer period. I am confident that none of our staff would behave in such an inappropriate manner — all our employees undergo training on racial discrimination, and no similar situations or guest feedback have ever occurred. It is possible that there was a miscommunication. From your description, it appears that you asked about earning points, but our team’s response referred to extending your stay. This suggests that a communication error occurred. Of course, I am not avoiding a thorough review of the matter, and the receptionists have provided their explanations. However, their intentions were neither negative nor deliberate. I can only apologize that you felt uncomfortable. 차량으로 이동하는 경우 호텔이 고속도로 출구에서 가까운 시외 지역에 위치해 있어서 편하게 호텔을 이용할 수 있습니다. 호텔 객실도 넓고 호텔 바로 자녀와 함께 이용하게 충분히 넓은 공간을 가지고 있습니다. 호텔 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 필요로 하는 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다하는 모습이었습니다.
