Over all the room was clean. We where greeted by a male receptionist. He was ok but didn't make much conversation. Bathroom had towels 2 glasses and hair dryer shower ok and one Bday. Kitchen was equipped and it had a dishwasher. TV had one English channel sky news. And was far to loud. The vol button didn't work. Bed was ok firm 1 pillow each. We had a room facing the front and heard everyone coming and going. Infact we heard everything. The walls are thin. One night at 4am guests sat under our window shouting drinking screaming. We asked them to be quiet but they soon got loud again. It would have been nice the hotel send them off yo rooms. But they left them. This hotel is ok you are way out of the city. Can take 1 hour as trains don't always link. So your waiting a while. I also didn't like that they hold €50 off your card to ensure you clean your room. YES YOU CLEAN IT. you have yo wash and put all kitchen equipment back. And take out your rubbish. For 4 star hotel this is ridiculous. And should be deep cleaned after every guest. So people will only rinse things. So do remember this before you use anything. I was also contacted by Jet2 about the rating. They have down graded there rating from 4* to 3*. Which I'd agree with. As its over priced for location services cleaning and noise.

This hotel is great value for money. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. This apartment has a kitchen and a massive balcony. The storage space was perfect. The location of this apartment is perfect for transport links as right next door to Baldina train station. Staff were very nice. There is a local cafe and convenience store. Pool wasn’t open as not in season yet but a lovely pool area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!!

The apartment was a decent size. Welcomed by a lovely lady and then experienced quite a rude gentleman who clearly was not interested in us. Requested additional pillow and was promised it would be delivered - it never arrived and had to ask again the next day. The gentleman seemed very stressed and zero customer service given - blunt, rude and unhelpful. The beds were uncomfortable and the worst thing about the hotel was the noise - the walls are paper thin and we were faced with shouting, babies crying and someone on the phone at 5.30am for the whole hotel to hear. Not a very relaxing time after a long day sight seeing. The shower was lovely and powerful but flooded the whole bathroom so we had to do a mop up job everytime we had a shower - not the best. 3 days and would have been nice to have a change in towels - especially as we had to use to mop the flood in the bathroom. The terrace was lovely and we were able to sit and have lunch outside - plenty of utensils and glasses and mugs which was great. Overall an average stay but sadly your gentleman receptionist really did let the hotel down - when you visit a new city it would be nice to feel you could ask some advice but he was arrogant and did not welcome any questions. The lady was lovely though - shame she wasn't around more. You really need to improve your customer experience - hotels in cities are there for visitors and the visitors should be made to feel welcome not as it they are a nuisance. We left the hotel without even a thank you or "was everything ok" so really did not want to feedback as there were other people in reception and didn't want to embarrass anyone. I am a travel agent and I will NOT be recommending to my clients.

A Disastrous Stay at Adaggio Roma

Our recent stay at Adaggio Roma was an absolute nightmare. For a hefty price tag of nearly $500 for just two nights, we expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. Instead, we were subjected to relentless noise disturbances throughout the night. The hotel's response to our complaints was woefully inadequate. When we reached out to the hotel manager post-stay, our emails were completely ignored. It wasn't until we escalated the issue to executive leadership that we finally received a response. The manager's excuse of emails ending up in spam was unconvincing, especially considering the late response and lack of resolution. Overall, our experience at Adaggio Roma was a complete disappointment. The exorbitant price, coupled with the noise disturbances and poor customer service, makes this hotel an absolute no-go. We strongly advise future travelers to steer clear of this establishment.

Worst Hotel Service

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had, and I strongly urge others to stay away. We visited in winter as a family with small children, and the rooms were freezing cold. When we politely asked for a solution or a room change, the staff's behavior was shockingly rude and disrespectful. They shouted at us and even went to the extreme of calling the police, just because we requested basic comfort. We paid extra for breakfast, but it was a disaster. The food was either empty or nonexistent, and despite having paid for it, some of our family members were denied access to breakfast. This level of service is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. The key cards never worked properly and we had to go back to the lobby every night to fix them. Other than that the parking space was very tight and very hard to navigate through. Overall, the hotel has terrible services, disrespectful staff, and a complete lack of hospitality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. Worst experience ever!
