Disappointing Stay with Poor Service

We recently stayed at this hotel with my family and our dog, as the hotel is pet-friendly. The room itself was decent—spacious and comfortable—but our overall experience was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the lack of service and the issue with the laundry facilities. We encountered a very unusual situation where only one person was handling the entire night shift at the front desk. While we understand that staffing can sometimes be tight, it led to a lot of frustration when we ran into issues with the self-service laundry. The hotel uses its own special coins for the washing machines, which was a bit inconvenient. The real problem started with the dryer. It wouldn’t stop running, and despite our attempts to seek help, we were told that the receptionist couldn’t assist us because he was the only one working. We were left standing around, unsure of what to do, while he remained at the desk, not busy at all and casually using his phone. After over an hour and a half, the dryer finally stopped, but not before ruining our clothes. Our jeans shrank by about two inches, which was really frustrating. The worst part of the experience, however, was how we were treated by the receptionist. When we politely asked for assistance, he responded rudely, shouting at us and displaying a poor attitude. It was completely unprofessional, and even though we tried to remain calm, the lack of courtesy and helpfulness from the staff made the situation worse. In conclusion, while the room and pool were acceptable, the terrible service and mishandling of our laundry experience were enough to make us decide we won’t stay here again. We were hoping for a more pleasant and supportive experience, especially from the staff, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Over all the room was clean. We where greeted by a male receptionist. He was ok but didn't make much conversation. Bathroom had towels 2 glasses and hair dryer shower ok and one Bday. Kitchen was equipped and it had a dishwasher. TV had one English channel sky news. And was far to loud. The vol button didn't work. Bed was ok firm 1 pillow each. We had a room facing the front and heard everyone coming and going. Infact we heard everything. The walls are thin. One night at 4am guests sat under our window shouting drinking screaming. We asked them to be quiet but they soon got loud again. It would have been nice the hotel send them off yo rooms. But they left them. This hotel is ok you are way out of the city. Can take 1 hour as trains don't always link. So your waiting a while. I also didn't like that they hold €50 off your card to ensure you clean your room. YES YOU CLEAN IT. you have yo wash and put all kitchen equipment back. And take out your rubbish. For 4 star hotel this is ridiculous. And should be deep cleaned after every guest. So people will only rinse things. So do remember this before you use anything. I was also contacted by Jet2 about the rating. They have down graded there rating from 4* to 3*. Which I'd agree with. As its over priced for location services cleaning and noise.

This hotel is great value for money. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. This apartment has a kitchen and a massive balcony. The storage space was perfect. The location of this apartment is perfect for transport links as right next door to Baldina train station. Staff were very nice. There is a local cafe and convenience store. Pool wasn’t open as not in season yet but a lovely pool area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!!

The apartment was a decent size. Welcomed by a lovely lady and then experienced quite a rude gentleman who clearly was not interested in us. Requested additional pillow and was promised it would be delivered - it never arrived and had to ask again the next day. The gentleman seemed very stressed and zero customer service given - blunt, rude and unhelpful. The beds were uncomfortable and the worst thing about the hotel was the noise - the walls are paper thin and we were faced with shouting, babies crying and someone on the phone at 5.30am for the whole hotel to hear. Not a very relaxing time after a long day sight seeing. The shower was lovely and powerful but flooded the whole bathroom so we had to do a mop up job everytime we had a shower - not the best. 3 days and would have been nice to have a change in towels - especially as we had to use to mop the flood in the bathroom. The terrace was lovely and we were able to sit and have lunch outside - plenty of utensils and glasses and mugs which was great. Overall an average stay but sadly your gentleman receptionist really did let the hotel down - when you visit a new city it would be nice to feel you could ask some advice but he was arrogant and did not welcome any questions. The lady was lovely though - shame she wasn't around more. You really need to improve your customer experience - hotels in cities are there for visitors and the visitors should be made to feel welcome not as it they are a nuisance. We left the hotel without even a thank you or "was everything ok" so really did not want to feedback as there were other people in reception and didn't want to embarrass anyone. I am a travel agent and I will NOT be recommending to my clients.

من موقع أكور والذي استخدمه من سنوات لمجموعات الفناد الخاضعة لهم حجزت Apartotel Adagio Rome Vatican لقربه من الفاتيكان. عند وصولي وتسجيل اقامتي لخمس ليالي تفجأت باهه يعمل بنظام Airbnb وليس فندقا بالمعني المفهوم. لا تغيير للفوط والملاءات او النظافة خلال الاقامة. كما ان المطعم يقدم الافطار فقط. موقع الفندق ممتاز لانه يقع علي محطة قطار بالدونيا مباشرة. حولة مدخل واسع وحوض سباحة وحديقة وله جراج عامة المكان نظيف. دخلت الحجرة واسعه بها اثاث متوسط وشاشةتلفزيون وحمام صغير ولا يوجد اي مستلزمات للحمام والدوش منفصل في المدخل وهناك جزء شبه معزول به أدوات مطبخ وثلاجة وميكروسوفت وغسالة ملابس وترابيزة عليها ماكينة قهوة وكتل ويوجد اطباق لكن بدون شوك وملاعق وسكاكين. بلكون معقول به ترابيزة و٢ كرسي يطل علي ساحة خلفية جميلة وعمارات وشارع المطعم به الأساسيات ووجبة افطار بنظام البوفيه المفتح تحتوي علي متنوعات للافطار من مخبوزات واجبان وسلطات ومربات ومشروبات من عصائر وقهوة وشاي اثاث الطعم مودرن وجميل ويوجد ملحق مفتوح للمطعم.بالدور الارضي لوبي وكراسي وثلاجة مبيعات وبار صغير. كان هناك مشكلة في التواصل مع موظفي الاستقبال لعدم إجادة اللغة الانجليزية. بعد قضاء يومين اتفقت مع الاستقبال علي قطع الاقامة والانتقال لفندق ميركور بوسطروما. تم احتساب فارق الاقامة ورده ولكن بعد عدة محاولات لان المسؤل عن الحسابات غير متوفر معظم الوقت. والخطأ الذي ضايقني ان المسؤلين ليسوا علي دراية جيده بمعاملة اعضاء كور البلاتين او الديامونذ وايضا تغذيتهم لموقع اكور ببيان خاطئ عن عدد ايام اقامتي لاحتساب النقاط عامةانا لم استطيع التكيف مع نظام Airbnb وبالتالي الاقامه في ما هو ليس بفنق.
