We stayed for 4 days during the Mevlana Commemoration Ceremonies, and we were satisfied with all the services from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Good experience of staying at Konya Service is average, however rooms are superb. Size of rooms are good, bathrooms are neat and clean View from hotel is ok Breakfast is perfect The location of the hotel is good, the center of the city, near to various historical places

Large room with Kettle & hairdryer. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. We had excellent bar service from friendly staff and drinks were reasonably priced. (Especially for a Hotel in modern day Turkey) Breakfast area was quite cramped which wasn't helped by 2 coach parties.

Despite having an airconditioning control in the room the system was centrally controlled and only offered heating! Reception suggested we open the window. As it was already noisy we moved to a room at the back and signed a form to have the window unlocked! Very odd.

Reception staff were good and hotel clean and tidy. Dinner was excellent, food very good quality and good service. On the other hand, our non smoking-room smelt like an over full ashtray, floor covered in cigarette burns, and the bed mattress was as hard as concrete. Shower over the bath and quite high to step in and out of bath. Water temperature adjustment was hard to regulate.
