ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais

This was only a one night stay as we were heading back via the Eurostar. As it happens, we couldn’t have picked a better place as we had a great time there and felt we are well prepared for our onward journey. It is a 10 minute easy walk from the train station and our welcome at Reception was warm and friendly. In fact, the gentleman from Seville was a star throughout our whole stay and helped us a lot. The room was far more comfortable than we expected and had everything you need for a great night. The air conditioning was excellent which was important in the heat and we had a terrific night sleep. There are a few rooms with balconies but we didn’t manage to get one. As it was only for one night that didn’t matter but it may be worthwhile requesting if you get chance. The Wi-Fi was free for unlimited devices and really high quality. We would, without doubt, stay in this hotel again should we be back in town.

New hotel, 1,5 km from the historical centre of Lille, very clean and with very friendly and helpful personnel. Very good value for money too. - Rooms do not have a fridge which is a minus, especially if someone plans to stay for more than one night

If you don't mind being a bit away from Lille nice little center, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to Lille Europe train station and around 25 minutes to the center by foot. Staff was very helpful and everything was very clean. Room was big with a television and a very decent shower. Breakfast was awesome as it is usually the case with Ibis hotels. Nice breads, cold cuts, good cheese selection, croissant, chocolatine, expresso machine, juice, pastries and some fruits. We could store our luggage at the reception after check out. I would stay there again.

Fiyatı, konumu, odanın büyüklüğü, personelin yaklaşımı.... her konuda memnun kaldık. Yanlız bir konuda uyarı yapmak istiyorum yatağın iki ucunda da sehpa olursa iyi olur. İnsan telefonunu kitabını gözlüğünü koymak istiyor ama tek tarafta var bir tarafa odadaki iskemleyi çekmek zorunda kaldık.

Beeing couple of times in Ibis in different places. Nice small hotel located near the vieux Lille. The room was ok. Breakfast was just what we expected. Special attention for the personel of the hotel which was very kind all over the place. Just a shame that I could not use the parking place suggested by the reception.
