Dear valued customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please accept our apology for the noise disturbance during your stay. Rest assured that we will address this issue promptly. During the period, we are operating at maximum capacity and according to the hotel's standard policy, guests are requested to check in by 14:00 hrs. and checkout by 12:00 hrs. if later A late checkout charge of 500 THB will be applied for any checkouts made before 18:00 hrs, the full rate will be applied for any checkouts made after 18:00 hrs.
