Internet is terrible. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. Them room size and facilities are very good, but it is not dark at night. Location is far from BTS/MTR station, and there is nothing to do in surrounding are, so is not good location for travelers who want to explore the city. The Hotel had few guests, so I asked a late checkout (my flight was 11pm), but the hotel's personal did not sympathize with my request and extended my stay in only 1 hour. I would not return to this hotel, and do not recommend it at all.

Admittedly, my first impression was a bit hesitant, as I’m used to staying at hotels with room service. I enjoy working while sipping a drink, so it took some adjustment. 😊 However, looking at it from the perspective of a budget hotel, it’s absolutely worth the price. The accommodation is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and proactive. Even after I had checked out and stayed in the lobby to continue working, one of the staff members kindly brought me some cookies as a snack. The hotel offers great value with its amenities and services, including a shuttle bus to BTS On Nut every hour. Overall, it’s a well-rounded choice for those looking for comfort and affordability.

1. The reception staffs JJ, James & Tuan was very polite and courteous especially speaks fluent English. JJ took the initiative to show us the rooms especially the one with the extra bed. 2. The lady manager (forgot her name) met at our check out was very polite & asked us if our stay was comfortable. 3. Both rooms was very clean with all complete amenities'. We enjoyed the hot shower which was working very well as well the AC. 4. We take this opportunity to thank the housekeeping for making up & refilling all the amenities of the room very well. 5. We didn't book the room with breakfast but saw the buffet spread was amazing & definitely will do this on our next visit. 6. We loved the cute hotel lobby. Very comfortable. 7. Just a request if, a foreigner gets a better exchange rate through the foreign exchange machine at the lobby. 8. I will definitely recommend Ibis Hotel to everyone as we really enjoyed an excellent hospitality from the esteemed property as well from all the staffs. 9. Pls thank all your staffs especially the mentioned ones & the housekeeping. 10. We will be back!!
