Dear Rob, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that you encountered the same issues during your recent stay that had already been reported during your previous visit in January 2026. This is clearly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we understand your frustration, especially as these concerns should have been addressed long ago. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing curtains, the noisy and ineffective air conditioning, the bathroom ventilation, the loose shaving mirror, the inoperative safe, the door lock issue, and the window that could not be opened. While we are pleased that our receptionist was able to assist with the ventilation problem and that an alternative room was offered, we understand that this did not provide a satisfactory solution. Please be assured that we have shared your comments with our maintenance and management teams for immediate review and follow-up. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify and correct shortcomings in our facilities and service. We deeply regret that this stay did not meet the standards you have come to expect from Mercure hotels.
