Ontvangst niet erg gastvrij en geen uitleg over faciliteiten zoals ontbijt of welkomstdrink. Moest er zelf naar vragen. Goldstatus werd gerespecteerd door upgrade naar grote rustige kamer waarvoor dank. Kleine attentie in kamer bij aankomst.

check-in ging vlot kamer was op eerste zicht prima Baby bedje stond klaar, maar was helaas niet bruikbaar. de poten waren stuk. badkamer kan ook een opfris beurt gebruiken.

1e keer toen ik hier verbleef was PERFECT. Nu ben ik hier voor de 2e keer en de kamer was extreem warm, airco werkte niet en water liep vol in wasbak. Ik vind het kwa ligging super en ook waren ze erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen bij ons 2e verblijf vonden we de kwaliteit van kamer beethe minder.
