very helpful staff. nice room. really great dinner. We couldn't stay for the breakfast. our flight was too early. the shuttle from the airport was very convenient and on time. We stayed here once before and find it the perfect airport stop between flights.

I was pleasantly surprised when I accessed my room, from the Accor app I was expecting a small and dated room, however the room was modern and spacious! Hotel check in was friendly and fast. The airport shuttle was also very convenient, €6 each way which could be added to your room bill. My only complaint is the air conditioning was not activated and the rooms become pretty warm, even in April! I’m sure when it is activated in summer, guests will have a nice cool room.

We stayed at the hotel one night because we had a fairly early flight out of Rome on Xmas eve. Take the hotel's 6 euro shuttle from the airport. The schedule is on their website. The taxi wanted 30 euro 'flat fee', Uber wanted 28 euro for the 7 minute ride. The hotel staff are friendly, the hotel somewhat worn and dingy. It took about ten minutes to check in and there was no one else there. The very friendly man had to reboot his computer and apologized that the system was very old. We then went to the room that was like an ice box. The window was wide open and didn't close. It was 5c outside and windy. They sent a maintenance man who eventually managed to fix the window after getting more tools and a ladder. Then the testing didn't heat. The maintenance man came back and fixed that too. Then we found out that there heating in the room turns off when you take out the room key so it's icy for an hour whenever you return to the room. We got a second key card and left it plugged in. After that, at least we could sleep there. The room was dull due to lack of lighting but at least it was clean. The corridors were worn, the carpet so worn it looked like concrete. The elevators worked but bounced a bit so there was always a worried look on the faces of anyone in the elevator. The restaurant was reasonably priced and quite tasty. They only start serving dinner at 7:30pm which is somewhat late for North Americans but OK. The service was lovely. Breakfast was OK, not great but adequate with a small selection of cooked stuff, lots of pastries and some yogurt and preserved fruit. The service was great. The hotel needs an overhaul and certainly isn't up to usual Mercure standards.

Stay 25-26,rooms 121,123,125 Our stay were perfect from check in till check out. Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention, follow-up & polite attitudes. Special thanks to Ms. Receptionist during our checkout; she did the best to arrange a transfer to Rome city centre.

Adequate airport hotel. Easy to get shuttle from airport to get there as timetable was on website, then booked shuttle to airport on check in. Well priced, eating options close to walk to. This is a adequate airport stay option, no issues at all
