Even if it is four star rated, in is over any expectation of decency. Wc smells of sewer. Breakfast very poor if you are a latecomer. The curtains don’t lock well so that you are waked up but the sun at 5.53 a.m. Yet it should have something pleasurable. Inside green, close enough too the subway,

It just seems like this owner wants to cut costs.

The hotel markets itself as a 4 star hotel, but I wouldn’t agree. The entire building has a cheap feel. Tile work on the restaurant floor is very uneven, making for wobbly tables. Those tables themselves aren’t very nice, more cafeteria style. As for the room; Carpet is short pile, most surfaces are laminate, most wood is fake, and most leather is vinyl. There are no cups, glasses, coffee pots or tea facilities in the rooms. The internet isn’t reliable, just drops out randomly. I can forgive slow internet. Lastly, they have installed an improvement on the normal European key card power switch at the door. Now the key card you use has to be an RFID card. The key card they gave me for my room had the lights flashing all night long. And then locked me out of the room when I went to breakfast. Short story is the proprietor went cheap on this place to maximize profits. While minimizing customer experience.

Pros: Clean rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Cons: This hotel is located a bit far from amenities. If we want to get food or anything, we need to walk for at least 15 minutes, and we didn't feel safe walking after 9:30 PM. The air conditioning did not cool down the room to a comfortable level. On one night, the air conditioning suddenly stopped. I complained, and a technician came to reset it. Additionally, there were a few mosquitoes in the room. We were on a family vacation, and the disturbed sleep really affected us.

Close to EUR Fermi metro station

This hotel is perfect if you come by car to Rome. It is not far from Metro station EUR Fermi, which is on the metro line to Colosseum and Termini. The rooms are very comfortable. They breakfast they serve is very good (large choice of both salty and sweet food).
