Vriendelijke receptie personeel. Mooie studio appartement Ontbijt was rommelig. Vieze tafels en eten was niet goed bijgevuld

We hebben een studio geboekt, maar waren ons er niet van bewust dat je daardoor geen housekeeping had en je toiletrollen en handdoeken moest halen bij de receptie. We hadden een verblijf van 7 dagen, waardoor er 7 dagen niet wordt schoongemaakt/aangevuld. Dit is toch ietwat te lang mbt niet hygiene. Ik zou het hotel, ondanks dat het een aparthotel is, toch adviseren bij een verblijf langer dan 3 dagen deze mogelijkheid gratis in te zetten. Immers betekent dat vanuit perspectief vh hotel ook dat aan het einde vh vertrek minder schoonmaakwerkzaamheden hoeven ingezet te worden. Dit zou efficienter zijn voor gast en hotel zelf. Bij ontbijt waren bestek en borden niet altijd schoon en werd je niet altijd netjes begroet. WiFi werkte op piekmomenten slecht of niet. Receptiepersoneel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Door de ligging zouden wij het hotel wel wederom boeken. Het ligt aan de rand van het hart van the Royal Mile, net uit de drukte maar in de buurt van alled wat je wil zien.
